00:36 So the white cabin was established in 2020
00:41 born out of the success of its predecessor, the Amberfields Farmhouse.
00:45 So the Amberfields Farmhouse was the very first rental place of the owner before this.

00:56 So once you enter the white cabin, the first thing that you'll see is this full functional kitchen.
01:01 So we have a stove, we have an oven, and everything that you need in a kitchen is here.
01:06 And notice this backsplash.
01:08 This is the first thing I saw when I entered the white cabin.
01:12 It's beautiful, right?

01:21 Originally, the plan for the white cabin was to serve as a venue for wedding preparations.
01:27 But due to the pandemic and government restrictions on mass gatherings, the owners had to adapt.
01:33 They faced challenges during construction because most hardware stores were closed.
01:37 That's why it was hard for them to get materials and building this.
01:41 But despite the uncertainties, they decided to persevere.
01:44 And in September of 2020, the project was completed.

01:55 So moving here is the living area.
01:59 So the design of the whole place is very remarkable.
02:02 It is a beautiful blend of Wabi-Sabi and Bohemian aesthetic.

02:08 Boho Styles exudes a free-spirited vibe with a focus on organic elements in nature.
02:14 On the other hand, Wabi-Sabi, a Japanese philosophy and interior design aesthetic,
02:19 embraces the beauty of raw and natural forms, creating a unique sense of comfort and simplicity.
02:26 You know guys, it's really fascinating how these two styles come together.
02:30 Emphasizing natural materials with subtle hints of colors everywhere.

02:43 The white cabin sits on a spacious lot measuring 500 square meters
02:48 with a floor size of 250 square meters.
02:51 The floor plan was carefully designed with the pool at the center of the U-shaped layout.
02:56 This layout provides more privacy from the road
02:58 while also making the pool the focal point and main feature of the house.
03:03 From the living area, dining space, and the two main bedrooms,
03:08 you can enjoy views of the pool seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor living.

03:14 So guys, let's go to the exciting part.
03:16 Exciting part because this is the owner's favorite area
03:20 and personally my favorite spot in the whole white cabin.
03:23 So guys, welcome to the pool area.

03:31 So if you'll notice, it's in between the two main bedrooms.

03:38 And the layout is U-shaped.
03:40 So it's very unique. It's an infinity pool and connecting to a garden over there.
03:45 I'll show you what's there.
03:47 It is where they extend their gatherings and they have guests over.
03:51 And it makes it their favorite spot because this is where they cherish
03:56 their memories or create memories with their loved ones.

04:02 The owner's design style has evolved over time.
04:04 Starting with the farmhouse style of amber fields
04:07 and then transitioning to a mid-century industrial style for the black cabin.
04:12 So guys, do you remember this video?
04:16 We are here outside this three-story modern glasshouse cabin with a view.
04:20 This is the black cabin.
04:22 [Music]
04:25 Over time, their personal preference now leans towards wabi-sabi.
04:31 And they find it to be a simple, easy-to-clean design style that exudes a calming vibe
04:36 yet remains Instagram-worthy.
04:39 So the white cabin can accommodate at least 14 packs.
04:42 And you can enjoy four bath areas, four bedrooms with eight beds.

05:03 Welcome to the garden area.
05:04 So this is what I was talking about earlier,
05:06 their extension when they have family gatherings over.
05:09 And as you can see, it's very spacious and green.

05:21 So the owners have plans to renovate the white cabin and perform an annual maintenance
05:26 to ensure it continues to provide an exceptional experience for guests.
05:31 Although they have no plans of expansion,
05:34 they're actively working on another Airbnb project in a different location.
