Ingredients

Fenugreek Leaves (Chopped) - 1Cup
Spinach Leaves (Chopped) - 2½ cup
Ginger - Green Chilli Paste (Chopped) - 1tbsp
Sesame Seeds - 1 tbsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1tsp
Carom Seeds - 1tsp
Coriander Seed Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
Red Chilli Powder - ½ tsp
Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Salt - (as per taste)
Baking Soda - ¼ tsp
oil - 3tbsp
Whole Wheat Flour - 1 cup
Semolina - ½ cup
Chickpea Flour - ¼ cup
Water (as required)
Oil (for greasing)
Oil - 3tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Sesame Seeds - 2tbsp
Asafoetida Powder - ¼ tsp
Curry Leaves - 1Sprig Of
Coriander Leaves (chopped) - 1 tbsp

00:44 To make the Muthia soft, add 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
00:50 Add 3 tbsp Oil
00:53 Mix everything well with your hands.
