00:00 Next, whatever the reason is, ask a lot of questions.
00:06 When someone says something, ask "Why?", "How did this happen?", "When did this happen?"
00:11 Then you can start looking for answers to those questions.
00:14 You can ask others too.
00:16 Ask yourself, "Oh, if this is the case, why did this happen? How can we do it differently?"
00:21 "Why did this problem arise? What are the reasons for this?"
00:24 "What are the causes for this? What are the effects if this happens?"
00:28 You can start looking for answers to these questions.
00:32 So, questions are the third way to find ideas in many places.
00:36 Almost all the sentences, from the beginning to the end,
00:39 the reason for the question is the explanation of the question.
00:43 The next important thing is risk.
00:45 Risk is related to creativity and innovation.
00:50 If you look at the product of creativity,
00:53 you will get a new process, idea or product.
00:58 If it is new, there is nothing like that before.
01:02 If there are no examples before,
01:04 there is no time to do it.
01:06 Will it win or not?
01:08 How can we practice to break that time?
01:11 Because all these are things that prevent creativity.
01:14 You yourself go and take risks.
01:16 You know what will give you fear, what will reduce your fears,
01:20 you go and do things that are related to it consciously.
01:24 So, when you come to the adrenaline rush,
01:26 when you come to the things that prevent you from getting rid of your fear,
01:30 you know what to do and then you jump and come.
01:33 Or when you come after experiencing something,
01:35 you come back alive.
01:37 And as soon as you come, you say, "It's just a small thing."
01:40 Even when you are talking on a stage,
01:42 you are afraid.
01:44 Think well. You will be a person who thinks well.
01:47 Your creative element will be good.
01:49 You will be able to say, "It's just air that's coming in my life."
01:52 If all your creativity is gone,
01:55 you take that risk and try to get up and talk.
01:58 In the end, your creativity can come out.
02:01 It's the same thing here.
02:03 That fear is somewhere with that brain,
02:06 the thought process is not stopped.
02:08 Take a risk.
02:10 Risk is just a challenge.
02:13 It's not a stop. It's not a full stop.
02:15 We will understand that in life.
02:17 The big difference between creative people and process people
02:21 is that when you look at it neurologically,
02:24 creative people are big picture thinking.
02:26 They will see the big picture of how a thing is going to happen,
02:29 what will be the end result,
02:31 why will we do it,
02:33 they will see the big picture.
02:35 They won't see the small work that is happening now.
02:39 Whatever work you get,
02:41 whatever problem you face,
02:43 go into the big picture thinking process consciously.
02:46 What will be the reason for this?
02:48 What kind of solutions will come in the end?
02:51 What problems will be solved if we get these solutions?
02:54 When you start asking yourself,
02:56 if this solution is what achieves me,
02:58 what else can I do?
03:00 Can I ask them for an idea?
03:02 People who have the solutions will come to you.
03:05 The technique of solutions,
03:07 you might have gone through it somewhere else.
03:10 They will come to you and bring that thing.
03:13 When you talk about a problem,
03:15 you might have heard about it from a friend of yours.
03:18 You might have heard about it from your wife's company.
03:21 You might have heard about it.
03:23 Now you might have a chance to come up with a new idea.
03:27 This is why big picture thinking is very important for creativity mindset.
03:32 If you go beyond this,
03:34 you should have an open mindedness.
03:37 Always think positively.
03:40 Don't think about failure too much.
03:42 If you fail,
03:43 what creative people know well is
03:45 learning from that and moving forward.
03:47 When you raise children,
03:49 you should not tell them to win or do something.
03:54 You should tell them to do something.
03:56 Even if they lose,
03:58 you should ask them questions.
04:00 You should ask them to have a creative mind.
04:03 You should ask them,
04:05 "What happened? You lost. It's fine. Ok."
04:08 "Now that you lost,
04:10 what do you think is the reason for your failure?"
04:12 You should not tell them anything.
04:14 Let them answer.
04:15 Even if they are college students,
04:17 you should ask them why they think it's wrong.
04:19 Let them answer.
04:20 Ask them what they have learnt from this.
04:22 They will get all the answers.
04:24 Now you will have a prospective mind.
04:26 You will have the idea to take it to the next level.
04:28 Or you will have the ability to take this particular talent to the next level.
04:32 When you practice these things continuously,
04:36 you will have the creative mind to exercise and grow.
04:40 Even if you don't have a clear mind,
04:42 when you practice certain things,
04:45 you will be able to create a few more neurons.
04:52 These are the things we have seen in our experience.
04:55 Try to spend more time with people with different backgrounds.
05:00 Let it be your team,
05:02 or if they are from a different culture,
05:04 you should go and listen to their stories.
05:12 When you spend more time with them,
05:18 you will see that cross-cultural learning is becoming more prospective.
05:22 It is a very powerful thing.
05:24 Many people have found this out.
05:27 Another important thing is taking time out.
05:32 Most creative people will get tired.
05:35 They will take time out.
05:38 But being conscious is very powerful.
05:41 Periodically, you will need some alone time.
05:45 In fact, this is called boring time.
05:47 You will feel bored sitting alone.
05:49 Only when you are bored,
05:51 only when you are in the creative space,
05:54 only when you are in the creative space,
05:57 you will feel the boredom.
05:59 So, take time out and don't think about anything.
06:03 Whatever thoughts you have,
06:05 normalize your brain,
06:08 calm it down,
06:10 and then let it think about its own thoughts.
06:12 Then you can practice meditation.
06:15 Or breathing exercises.
06:18 When you do these things daily,
06:20 you will see your brain align with the creative space.
06:24 Another thing I have seen in my personal experience is workouts.
06:28 Whenever I do a high workout,
06:32 I see that my creative spirit is very high.
06:35 I have seen this in all these years.
06:37 Whenever I don't have an idea,
06:40 I do a reverse process,
06:43 a bio-hacking process.
06:46 I don't even start doing intense workouts.
06:50 When I climb a mountain,
06:52 I see that I am very highly creative.
06:56 What I have understood is that,
06:59 when you do workouts,
07:02 you will have a belief in your body.
07:06 You will have a belief that you can do something.
07:10 This is called a prospective mind.
07:13 It is like a tiger with a cage.
07:16 The belief that you can do something,
07:19 is based on your abilities.
07:22 When you have the thought that you are strong,
07:25 and when you get small ideas,
07:28 you will have the belief that you can do something.
07:31 This is how your creative spirit will flow naturally.
07:34 This is something I have seen in my life.
07:37 To improve your creativity,
07:40 follow a sincere workout routine.
07:43 And try doing a high intense workout.
07:47 You don't have to do everything.
07:51 All these aspects are highly result oriented.
07:55 You can't do everything by yourself.
07:58 That's why I have given you so many options.
08:01 You can tick all these options,
08:04 and change the routine in 2 months.
08:07 You can change the routine and do it.
08:10 You can follow what you like and what you feel is right for you.
08:15 That will truly help you.
08:18 Happy to be a creative people.
