Ingredients

Sprouted Green Moong - 1 cup
Olive Oil - 2 tsp
Honey - 1 tbsp
Coriander & Mint Chutney - 1 tsp
Lemon Juice - 1
Carrots (grated) - 2
Onion (chopped) - ¼ cup
Tomato (chopped) - ¼ cup
Green Chillies (chopped) - 2
Mint Leaves
Salt (as per taste)
Chaat Masala - 2 tsp
Peanuts (roasted & crushed)
Coriander Leaves

00:08 And along with that I am going to tell you a surprise salad dressing.
00:12 Let's start.
00:13 First of all we will steam the Moong Sprouts.
00:18 Just for 5 minutes.
00:24 Many a times the sprouted lentils are eaten as such without cooking.
00:32 But when we germinate the lentils, it gives a bacterial growth.
00:38 So either you wash it properly and then steam it.
00:42 By steaming the bacteria die and don't go to your stomach.
00:47 And by steaming the nutrients remain intact.
00:55 First of all we will take the steamed sprouts.
01:01 We will cool the sprouts first.
01:03 And now I will tell you a quick all purpose salad dressing recipe.
01:07 Which you can use in any salad.
01:10 First of all take a small jar like this.
01:13 I will add extra virgin olive oil 2 tsp.
01:18 1 tbsp of honey.
01:22 1 tsp of coriander mint chutney.
01:25 And along with that lemon juice.
01:34 Now close the lid of the jar properly.
01:38 And we have to shake it.
01:50 The sprouts have cooled down.
01:51 Now I will add grated carrot to it.
01:58 Next we will add finely chopped onions.
02:02 Chopped tomatoes.
02:05 And finely chopped green chillies.
02:08 And along with that add mint leaves.
02:14 Season it with salt as per taste.
02:17 And along with that add a little of our desi chaat masala.
02:22 And of course shake the dressing once before using it.
02:28 And this process is called as emulsification.
