1cup - Fenugreek Leaves (chopped)
1 cup All Purpose Flour
Semolina - ½ cup
Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds Powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder - ¼ tsp
Red Chilli Powder - ½ tsp
Salt (as per taste)
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Water - (as required)
Oil (for frying)

00:00 When I was a kid, my grandmother used to make Farsi Puri.
00:03 Today, we will add fenugreek leaves to the same Farsi Puri and make Methi Farsi Puri.
00:08 Here, I have washed and chopped 1 cup of fresh fenugreek leaves.
00:15 Now, we will take some oil in a pan and saute the fresh fenugreek leaves for a while.
00:21 Fenugreek leaves should not be overcooked, just make it a little soft.
00:29 You can see that the fenugreek leaves have become soft.
00:32 Now, we will turn off the flame and let the fenugreek leaves cool down.
00:36 Now, we will take 1 cup of refined flour in a bowl,
00:39 1/2 cup of semolina,
00:41 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder,
00:43 1 tablespoon of cumin powder,
00:45 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder,
00:47 1/2 teaspoon of red chili powder,
00:49 salt to taste,
00:51 2 tablespoons of ghee,
00:54 Now, we will add the fenugreek leaves to the pan.
00:57 Mix everything well.
01:01 To balance the bitterness of the fenugreek leaves, you can add 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar.

01:09 Now, we will add water little by little and knead a hard dough.
