00:23 I mean, just by hearing Andhra pickles, I got the taste and also got a burning sensation
00:33 But the taste of it, idli, vada, dosa, even plain rice, it's very mouthwatering

00:44 Generally, chutneys are white in colour but this recipe is reddish-orange
00:51 But what difference does colour make as long as it's tasting lovely

01:10 Andhra style coconut chutney which goes well with any South Indian breakfast
01:14 Idli, dosa, uttapam or even plain rice
01:19 To make this, we have taken one coconut which we have cut into pieces
01:26 We have taken 2 tsp of dry red chillies, lemon sized tamarind, salt, curry leaves, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp urad dal, 1 tsp chana dal, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 8-10 garlic pods, 2-3 tbsp oil and water
01:50 Let's make Andhra style coconut chutney
01:55 We have turned on the stove
01:56 We will put 1 tbsp oil in the pan
01:59 Once the oil is hot, we will put the dry red chillies in it
02:05 We have cut the red chillies into 2 pieces
02:08 So that the seeds come out and they get easily grinded while grinding
02:15 We will fry it in low flame for 4-5 minutes
02:18 We have fried it in low flame for 4-5 minutes while stirring continuously

05:46 1 tsp of mustard seeds
05:49 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds
05:52 We will put the curry leaves in it
