00:07 Today we are going to make a traditional Maharashtrian sweet recipe, Puranpoli.
00:12 Traditionally we soak and grind the chana dal and make it.
00:17 But today we are going to make it with a very easy method, Puranpoli.

00:38 To make Puranpoli, we have washed 1 cup chana dal well.
00:57 And we have soaked it in water for 5-6 hours.

01:22 We will add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
