Keema Paratha Ingredients -
To cook Mutton Keema
1 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Ginger (finely chopped)
1 Tbsp Garlic (finely chopped)
2 Green Chillies (chopped)
500 gms Mutton Mince (washed and pat dried)
Salt (as per taste)
1 Tsp Red Chili Powder
1 cup water
1 Tsp Green Chilli paste
1 1/2 tsp Coriander Seeds Powder
1 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
1 Tsp Chat Masala
1/4 cup Mint Leaves (Finely chopped)
1/4 cup Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
2 Onions (finely chopped)
Juice of 1 Lemon
To Make Paratha
Wheat Flour Dough (seasoned With Oil & Carrom Seeds)
Wheat Flour ( for dusting)
