00:00Now, back to Stiney and Guru on 95.7 The Game.
00:05All right, it's crossover time,
00:06brought to you by Abundant Life Weight Loss.
00:08They know the secret to losing up to one pound of fat
00:10every day.
00:11Go to AbundantLifeWeightLoss.com.
00:13Willard and Dibbs in the house.
00:16Hello.
00:17What's up, guys?
00:18Really, I'm what's up?
00:19Happy to see you today.
00:20What you mean you're what's up?
00:21Really, happy to see you.
00:22The streets are talking.
00:23Nobody text me on the side last night
00:26after the commanders did what they did
00:28on Friday during our crossover.
00:30My mention blew up like Goo the Prophet.
00:33Why?
00:34But I'm not about credit.
00:36Clearly you are.
00:36You just started with the entire crossover.
00:39Do I?
00:40Here's my question.
00:41When you get more right.
00:43Do I text you when you get it wrong?
00:45Oh, you're sounding like Evan now.
00:46No, you don't.
00:47Okay, so then we're good.
00:49We're good.
00:51Don't ask.
00:52I can't keep track.
00:53Honestly, the only person I keep track of is Dibbs.
00:57He puts it on the air and we make a whole bit out of it.
00:59I put it on the air?
01:01I know, but you, you, you.
01:02No, we build a whole, there's like a music bed
01:05and he's got a name for it.
01:06Any doctor field me, though.
01:08You were like, Guru, why Washington?
01:10Well, I was like, whoa.
01:12I was wrong on that.
01:13I thought Detroit was gonna be amazing
01:15and they were awful and I was big wrong on that.
01:18But Dibbs went oh and four.
01:20Like, if you wanna fade the Dibbers as hot.
01:24I didn't know.
01:24Fade the Dibbers as hot.
01:25Dibbs, not you.
01:28Fade the Dibbers as hot.
01:29Yeah, and.
01:30I'm laughing with you, not at you.
01:31You can laugh at me because the whole idea
01:34is that I make my picks and you go against me and you win.
01:37That's the bit, so.
01:38You all should.
01:39Nailed it.
01:40Yeah, you should've been like bringing me flowers
01:42or donuts or something.
01:44But, and the other thing about it, Guru,
01:45and I wish we had the audio.
01:47Because my partner will not say you nailed that.
01:49I just, I don't have that type of partner.
01:52Did you nail it?
01:52Washington went out and shocked the world.
01:54But did you say will or did you say could?
01:58I said would.
02:00Win the game.
02:01Might.
02:02I'm gonna go to my Twitter.
02:02I just, you guys.
02:03Hold on, hold on.
02:04I just wanna know what.
02:05I just wanna know what the like.
02:06He's making me mean-spirited.
02:07You, as soon as they come in, you get mean-spirited.
02:10Evan, do we have the audio from Friday with Guru and his?
02:13Ken had the audio and he texted me on the side.
02:17Thank you, Ken, for pointing out something I do get right.
02:19It goes a long way.
02:20Hey, do we have Bozo predicting the Rams-Jets
02:25and the Super Bowl?
02:26How come we don't have that one?
02:27Hold on.
02:28Grandy, what are you laughing at?
02:29That's who we had in the Super Bowl.
02:31I'm gonna read a tweet verbatim.
02:33We don't talk about those.
02:34Oh, don't talk about that, though.
02:36From you.
02:37I'm gonna read a tweet verbatim.
02:40I haven't got glasses, so my type has been bad.
02:43Help me out, Willard.
02:44I got an extra pair, hold on.
02:45This is on January 18th.
02:47For those of you who struggle with math,
02:49the math is later.
02:50It's three days ago.
02:52From Daryl the Guru Johnson.
02:54Oh, boy.
02:55He writes, not patting myself on the back,
02:58which you are, but I told Mark Willard, Dan Dibling,
03:03I forgot I tweeted.
03:04And Steinmetz Sports that the Commanders,
03:09wait for it, could win this game.
03:13Yeah.
03:14Not would.
03:15No.
03:16So gutsy.
03:16That was a typo.
03:17That C should have been a W.
03:18The C.
03:19It should have been a W.
03:20The C is all the way at the bottom.
03:22And the W is all the way at the top.
03:25Let your boy have his moment, man.
03:27I do want to say something.
03:28Good job, Guru.
03:29And I'll get off this.
03:30Nice pick.
03:31I have Jaden Daniel-itis
03:33because he's a rookie doing what he's doing.
03:36He's fantastic.
03:36But I gotta say something,
03:38and you guys know I'm not a homer.
03:40I thought to myself, driving in,
03:43I'll one-up Jaden Daniel's rookie season
03:46with Purdy taking the job on the fly,
03:49getting his team to the NFC Championship game
03:51against the Eagles.
03:52I just had that thought.
03:54And I say proceed with caution.
03:56It looked the same.
03:58Now what do you mean?
04:00No, it looked the same.
04:01Jaden's an athlete.
04:03Okay, no doubt.
04:04Built like Snoop.
04:05Well, no, I'm down with Snoop.
04:07He's real skinny.
04:08But you know what I mean?
04:09What if Jaden wins a whole dang thing?
04:11No, he's the man.
04:12I got you.
04:13It's still going.
04:14It's not over.
04:15I would contend that maybe what Jaden's done
04:17in these two playoff games
04:20were more impressive than what Brock did
04:21in his playoff run.
04:22Now Brock beat Seattle and Dallas at home.
04:25I really need a history lesson right now.
04:27I said what I said,
04:29because you asked the question.
04:30Dibs, am I far off with Brock Purdy on the,
04:33I mean, let's look where he was picked, Jaden Daniels.
04:36Some would say, well, son,
04:37he's doing what he's supposed to do.
04:39And it's still incredible.
04:40Brock came on the fly.
04:42Hey, get in there.
04:43We're like season over.
04:44And he took his team to the chip,
04:46I mean, to the NFC championship game.
04:48That's all I was thinking about.
04:49I just wonder about, you know,
04:50people looking at Jaden Daniels
04:52and what he has around him.
04:53Are we not saying like, oh boy,
04:55you've got, you know, Brian Robinson
04:57and you've got Terry McLaurin
04:58and you've got Zach Ertz
05:00and you've got all these other great pieces around you.
05:03But no, we look at Jaden Daniels and we say,
05:06Jaden's putting his team on his shoulders.
05:08Yet you look at the Niners and it's okay,
05:10McCaffrey and Kittle and all right,
05:12you're a product of the system.
05:14But we don't do that for Jaden Daniels.
05:16And yes, he's amazing in what he's doing
05:18and the way he goes to the sideline
05:20and you take his pulse and his resting is like 58.
05:23And it's like, my God, dude, you're in the middle of-
05:25It's fourth down!
05:26It's the biggest game of your life!
05:27And he's like, whatever, I'm just me
05:28and I'm just playing football.
05:30But I do think that we have different bars
05:33for different people based on who you have around you.
05:36But the Niner weaponry is superior
05:39to what he's working with and watching.
05:41I love Scary Terry, but come on.
05:42I mean, I guess, I guess.
05:44It's a completely different system and scenario.
05:46If you want to put a label on-
05:47Brocks was more surprising
05:50because he was the last pick in the draft.
05:52Jaden Daniels, before the year even started,
05:57I had a healthy number of conversations.
06:01I thought they were a year away,
06:03but I thought they were going to be good.
06:06To me, this is what you're looking at in the preseason.
06:09Preseason results don't matter,
06:11but you can sort of see when someone has that presence.
06:15Jaden has walked onto an NFL field and he's just calm.
06:19He's just calm right away.
06:20And it's not too big for him or too fast for him.
06:23Dude, he's that dude.
06:25I love it, man.
06:26He's going to be a problem in the NFC
06:28for a really, really long time.
06:30But this stuff goes year to year,
06:32like we're talking about.
06:32Because CJ Stroud, he had a bad year.
06:34He got his team to the playoffs,
06:35but there was some like, oh boy.
06:37He's on the clock.
06:38But if I listen to social media,
06:40Jaden Daniels has had the best playoffs
06:42and apparently Brock has had the second best.
06:44He hadn't even played in them.
06:45But every weekend, we watch someone have a rough quarter.
06:49And all of a sudden-
06:50Jared Goff.
06:50Yeah, now Jared Goff sucks.
06:52It's like, I would say him and Darnold had,
06:54you know, their brands took a hit.
06:56You know, and Goff will be back without Ben Johnson.
06:59So I'm wondering, I have dibs.
07:01Well, Goff is paid in full too.
07:02He's got, I think, three more years.
07:04And so, you know, shout out Eric B. and Rakim.
07:07So I don't think that Jared Goff has to necessarily worry.
07:10Like Darnold, yeah, you might've cost yourself some money.
07:13And you know, Brock Purdy didn't even make the dance,
07:15but it sounds like he's gonna get
07:17what he's gonna get anyway.
07:18But in terms of like stock, the Jared Goff stock is fine.
07:22They'll get a new offensive coordinator.
07:23I'm pretty confident of that.
07:25And hopefully it'll be somebody that they like
07:27and somebody who fits.
07:28And you know, Detroit's not gonna dismantle the whole thing
07:31based on one bad game for Goff.
07:34And it's funny, because earlier,
07:35Mark pointed out to me about a month ago
07:37that Goff had a five interception game, they won.
07:41He had a five TD game, they lost.
07:44So we all wanna like focus on the quarterback.
07:46And I know Jared Goff was not great in that playoff game,
07:49but it's usually more than just that.
07:52And if you wanna look at the defense
07:54that Detroit was putting out there,
07:56I mean, you gave up almost 50 to Washington at home.
08:00So yeah, Jared Goff was not great,
08:02but let's look at things fairly in totality.
08:06But we don't, because it's always the quarterback.
08:08I mean, I guess, and I was in the weeds a little bit
08:11earlier today, but y'all have a conversation
08:14about Lamar Jackson?
08:14No, because we're trying to avoid from fighting.
08:16Well, and I know that many have been doing this
08:20all weekend long.
08:20Is it Lamar's fault?
08:21Is it Mark Andrews' fault?
08:23I'd answer it this way.
08:24And I don't mean my opinion,
08:25I just mean the way the world's gonna watch this.
08:27It was Mark Andrews' fault the minute the game ended.
08:30And it will continue to be for maybe a few days.
08:34But with each passing day,
08:35it's gonna be more Lamar's fault.
08:36And historically, it'll be Lamar's fault.
08:38Because that's just the way we do it.
08:40It's the quarterback.
08:41He was a part of it.
08:42Yeah, if you're Andrews, you got, oh my gosh.
08:45I know, but the answer, it's not a fun answer,
08:48but the first half happened, and so did the second half.
08:51And you know, whatever.
08:52So Jared Goff's team gave up 45 points,
08:55and now it's his fault, or he's bad, or whatever.
08:59I don't know, man.
09:00They weren't clicking on all their cylinders.
09:01No, no.
09:02Let me ask you this.
09:03What's Mark Andrews' playoff record
09:05as a starting tight end?
09:07That I don't know.
09:08Because there's no such thing.
09:09Oh, wow.
09:10There's no such thing.
09:11We know the QB record.
09:12You could look up right now,
09:13and you could tell me what Lamar Jackson's
09:16playoff record is as a starter.
09:17Well, it's three and five now.
09:18Exactly, you didn't even have to look it up.
09:20I do know this.
09:20But what is Mark Andrews' playoff record
09:23as a starting tight end?
09:24I think that was only the second fumble of his career.
09:26But, of his career?
09:28Stony, we hadn't talked about this.
09:29Yeah, and that was a loose, that was a loosey-goosey run.
09:32I know, but it's snowing, and it's snowing,
09:35and you catch a ball down the field,
09:37and you turn to your right,
09:38and someone comes from behind you,
09:40and punches the ball out,
09:42and now you suck at football.
09:44No, that's what it sounds like on social media.
09:47It was a big one.
09:48But that one you made to catch the two-point conversion
09:52is Jackie Smith.
09:53Y'all remember him against the Steelers
09:55and Cowboys back in the day?
09:55Tougher catch than Jackie Smith.
09:56He got cut.
09:57Jackie was all alone.
09:59But if you look at Lamar's numbers
10:01in game two of his playoffs, Stony,
10:06my only thing is,
10:07can you be Lamar regular season fantastic in the playoffs?
10:11And I think I can say that's yet to happen
10:14when you look at game two of his playoffs
10:16on the three-and-five record.
10:18And to fumble that ball and be careless with it
10:21was one moment, and that led to a,
10:23you were at the 35-yard line.
10:25They pick it up and go down and get seven.
10:28I'm not saying you're why they lost,
10:30but damn it, the Troy Aikmans and the Joe Montanas
10:33and all the ones, the Mahomes.
10:36You can't have that.
10:37And those are three of the best
10:39eight quarterbacks of all time.
10:41And he also did lead them back down the field.
10:43I was about to say he was incredible.
10:45He was.
10:45Led them to the touchdown
10:46that led them to the two-point conversion.
10:48And then he made the throw to convert the two.
10:52So yes, he made a mistake.
10:53He fumbled the football, but he also led them back.
10:56And last thing for me, I swear, Willard,
10:59Stiney and Dibbs, yeah, you were going in for the tie,
11:03but had you been on your A game,
11:05maybe you would have been going in for the win
11:07and not just the tie because you had blunders.
11:11And I heard Stiney yesterday, I was spying.
11:13Well, that first interception wasn't that bad.
11:15It was an interception that Lamar threw early on.
11:19It's a pick.
11:20There are no good picks.
11:21And I'm not saying he's the sole reason they lost.
11:24You're listening to 95.7 The Game, KGMZ FM
11:27and HD1 San Francisco, always live on the free Odyssey app,
11:30Twitch and YouTube, powered by First North California.
11:32I don't know what you're shaking your head for.
11:34You're just scared.
11:34You rip everybody, the Warriors,
11:36but you won't rip anybody else.
11:37Lamar Jackson was at fault in that loss.
11:40And it's okay to say it.
11:42I didn't say he's the sole reason,
11:45but he didn't play his best game and he's three and five.
11:48Yeah, I mean.
11:49And last year he was the number one seed
11:51and got beat at home.
11:52I also like-
11:53How long are we waiting, fellas?
11:54So, okay.
11:55Probably until the end of his career.
11:56Yeah, so there's no good interceptions.
11:59Obviously, there are no good interceptions,
12:01but are they all cut from the same cloth?
12:03I'd argue no.
12:04Warren showed that.
12:05Maybe Lamar just uncorked the worst throw of his year.
12:08Like, I don't know.
12:10But I don't know, man.
12:11In the end, and I knew this game was gonna be like this.
12:15If he gets the two-point conversion,
12:19Mark Andrews catches it.
12:21And then they get the toss.
12:23And I know the overtime rules are different.
12:24I was just about to say.
12:25But the Ravens then go down and win that game.
12:27Now Josh Allen is a, he's a nincompoop.
12:31And he's like, idiot for not doing more.
12:35I just, I knew this game was gonna be like that.
12:37He had the best-
12:38And I hate that.
12:39They're probably the two best individual players
12:41in the game.
12:42You called it last week.
12:42You said no matter who loses this game,
12:44whoever the losing quarterback is
12:47is gonna be ripped for whatever reason.
12:49He's going to be ripped.
12:50And you know, only one quarterback
12:52gets to win the Super Bowl.
12:53And if you look at the history of quarterbacks
12:55who've won a Super Bowl, there's only 34 of them.
12:57So of the remaining four,
12:59only one of these four is gonna get one.
13:01And it might be Mahomes.
13:03And if you really want to like pat yourself
13:05on the back, tap, tap-
13:06I don't even feel good about it now.
13:08What's going on in Kansas City with the refs?
13:11You want to give that up?
13:12No, we got the bet.
13:13Oh, okay.
13:14But you can't call a personal foul.
13:16Which one?
13:17On Mahomes, where two defenders-
13:19Which one, in your opinion, was worse?
13:21The one where he's sacked
13:23and the guy hits him with the shoulder.
13:24No, not that one.
13:25Or the one where he slides
13:27and they go helmet to helmet on each other.
13:28They go helmet to helmet on each other.
13:30That's what I'm like.
13:31Thank God I made the bet, but it's not a good look.
13:34Right, well-
13:34This is getting out of control.
13:35An even worse look is that the NFL sent
13:38one of their officiating cronies out
13:40to the NFL network the next day to be like,
13:42so we've reviewed it and they did everything correctly.
13:44But at the same time-
13:45It's like a last two minute report.
13:46Right, I get why they're saying that
13:49because they are in right now,
13:51and sports fall this way sometimes.
13:53It's just like how the NBA refs a decade ago were stuck
13:57because out of the corner of your eye,
13:58you'll see LeBron James fly into the third row.
14:01Le flop.
14:02Yeah, and you're like, oh, that must be a charge.
14:04And then they caught wind and replay
14:07and all these things happen.
14:08And they figure out that, oh, these guys are acting.
14:11And Mahomes is acting.
14:12And he-
14:13Wow, man.
14:14First of all-
14:15He thinks it's a State Farm commercial.
14:15Yeah, this whole thing about sliding underneath people,
14:18he sat there and waited for them to get there.
14:21Like, that needs to be a penalty.
14:23It is now a findable offense in the NBA when you flop,
14:27if they can assess it correctly.
14:30Same thing here.
14:31I would give the coaches review flags
14:33specific for that play.
14:35And if you slide underneath a full speed defender
14:39at the last minute, that's your personal foul.
14:42And the one that no one's talking about
14:43because it didn't get called, which is even worse,
14:45was when he ran out of bounds
14:47and went a foot deep into the sideline
14:49and then flung himself into the bench untouched.
14:52He lost his balance.
14:53Yeah, like that stuff needs to be a penalty.
14:57That's a penalty.
14:58If you think about the way the NFL is now
15:01and what they're calling,
15:02when a quarterback starts to tiptoe up the sidelines.
15:07Tiptoe?
15:08You are absolutely hosed as a defender.
15:10A lot of luck.
15:11You gotta just push him a little.
15:15And that's what they did on this one.
15:16And they didn't get the flag, but they just pushed him.
15:20And the one guy actually went to push him and stopped.
15:23And then Mahomes still threw his head back.
15:25And he's what?
15:26He's like a 250 pound,
15:27like if you just act, whoop,
15:29and then, oh, he stays in bounds.
15:32And then he goes 80 yards for a touchdown.
15:34Like you're talking about the play against the Niners.
15:37No, whatever.
15:38But yes, that's a great,
15:39I know what you're talking about.
15:42The play against the Niners, I thought,
15:43it's like, well, that's the problem.
15:45You can't, you pop him there,
15:47you're risking a 15.
15:48And that one's not just Mahomes.
15:50For everybody, the whole like,
15:52the refs are for the Chiefs.
15:54I don't think the refs are for the Chiefs.
15:56There's something very frustrating going on
15:58and watching their games.
15:59But Russell Wilson's been doing this for years.
16:02There are a bunch of quarterbacks who have mastered.
16:04I think Trevor Lawrence might've been trying to do this
16:07when his head got taken off
16:09by Al Shire against Houston earlier this year.
16:13Because that's the other thing I don't like about it.
16:14Quarterbacks are really putting themselves in danger
16:17when they do that.
16:18Because all it takes is to be off by an inch
16:20and your head is going to get pounded into the turf.
16:23So it's just, it's a terrible play
16:25that they need to legislate out of the game.
16:27And your guy Brock does not really slide very often.
16:30He's more about the dive, yeah.
16:32And I wish that you had the modality to review it.
16:36And I hate more review,
16:37but I was thinking about the Warrior game yesterday
16:39where you had that play
16:41where Wiggins was trying to get over a screen.
16:44Tatum pushes Wiggins, Wiggins headbutts Derek White.
16:48They both go down and they called the foul on Wiggins.
16:51And you know, they're both down holding their head
16:53and Steve Kerr, Wiggins finally gets up.
16:55He's like, no.
16:55And they review it and it's clear that Tatum pushes Wiggins
16:59and Wiggins crashes into Derek White.
17:01And so the foul goes on Tatum
17:03and we move on with our business.
17:05And if we had that in the NFL,
17:07where you could actually just, I don't know,
17:09look at it where Mahomes slides and he slides late,
17:12which means, okay, you might get hit.
17:14And the two guys who go to hit him, they hit each other.
17:17That's just not a flag.
17:18That's the one.
17:19And the other one where, you know,
17:21they called roughing the passer
17:22where the guy goes in and hits him.
17:24It's shoulder to shoulder and Mahomes throws his head back.
17:27And I don't know what it's like to get hit like that.
17:29Maybe your head naturally goes back.
17:31I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt
17:32that he didn't act on that one.
17:34But that's another one where you look at it and you go,
17:37no one hit anyone with their helmet.
17:39But what about Jared Goff on that interception?
17:40That touchdown shouldn't have counted,
17:42even though, remember, he got blasted.
17:44Well, no, that was just, that was being blocked.
17:47He's not a quarterback anymore at that point.
17:48Even the guy up in the booth said
17:50that should have been a penalty
17:51and the football should have, they should have came back.
17:52That's interesting.
17:53He got crushed.
17:54I mean, but okay, so if that was not a quarterback,
17:57was it a penalty?
17:58No.
17:58That doesn't make any sense then,
18:00because he's not a quarterback at that moment.
18:02He is just somebody out there blocking.
18:04He chose to go, like, right?
18:07I forget who they had on.
18:08We did this whole thing earlier this year
18:10with the Niners.
18:11That'd be Mike Pereira, yeah.
18:11Yeah, the Niners kicking game went sideways this year,
18:14I'd largely argue, because kickers started running around
18:16trying to tackle people.
18:18Get out of the way.
18:20What'd you think of that Warrior game?
18:22Fun, wasn't it?
18:23Hey, you got Steve Kerr on today.
18:25Yeah.
18:26Do you have him today?
18:27Five o'clock.
18:28Yeah.
18:28Five o'clock?
18:29Wow.
18:30Three hours from now, we got questions.
18:32What's your first one gonna be?
18:34Oh, I don't know.
18:35I don't rehearse it like that.
18:37Oh.
18:38Sure.
18:39You know what I mean?
18:40Like, we think about it, but.
18:41Gutsy.
18:42What if I told you I didn't like him?
18:43I'd toast on it all day.
18:43You don't like him?
18:44No, I'd like, I love Kerr,
18:45but I didn't like him saying after the game,
18:46all these happen.
18:47We play hard.
18:48Well, I.
18:48I'm like, man, this ain't the time to say that.
18:50We just, come on.
18:51What's he supposed to say?
18:5230 last week, 40 this week.
18:53I don't know what everybody wants him to say.
18:55Like, we've fallen into this trap now.
18:57Maybe nothing, just we got our ass kicked.
18:59Yeah, yeah.
19:00I don't have the answers, Dan.
19:01Yeah, that's kind of what Steph sounds like right now.
19:03Like, I don't have the answers.
19:05There probably aren't any in this moment.
19:08Not in the building.
19:09But if he said, I don't have any answers,
19:11you'd kill him for that.
19:12He's supposed to, he's the coach.
19:16So, I just think when you lose like this,
19:18no matter what you say, you're gonna get,
19:20you can get hit on.
19:21And Jordan Poole had 38 fantastic points.
19:24Wow, man.
19:25Oh, so you didn't do a show yesterday, Willie?
19:27No.
19:28He had a tough show for Willie.
19:29Oh, yeah.
19:30Yeah.
19:30Oh, boy.
19:31He almost went for 40, you guys.
19:33The Jordan Poole sound on this radio station
19:35the last two days is no different.
19:38Draymond apologized to him.
19:39Yeah, that was.
19:40He didn't apologize to him.
19:42He tweeted him.
19:43Yeah.
19:43No, he tweeted.
19:44He didn't even tweet him.
19:45He tweeted the reporter who tweeted the.
19:47He was trolling.
19:48No doubt.
19:49That's odd to get wrong.
19:50I mean, you just gotta take your L today, Will.
19:52Okay.
19:53That's okay.
19:54It happens.
19:55No, yeah.
19:56I mean, boy.
19:57Who could say that Jordan Poole
19:59isn't a hell of a player after Saturday?
20:01No different than Jared Goff should now be cut
20:03because I didn't like that one game.
20:06So Jordan's been awesome all the time since he left, right?
20:10He wasn't the most inflated player in the game.
20:11Willie, did you see the ha-ha?
20:13Did you see the L-L that he took?
20:18He lost.
20:18Man, they might, if without Jordan Poole,
20:22that team might not have won a game this year.
20:24He's got that team on his back.
20:26If he were here,
20:27what seed would the Warriors be right now?
20:28Ah, three.
20:30At least.
20:32You think they'd be 11?
20:35I don't know.
20:36I don't think that they would be markedly better.
20:38How about this, Will, if they could use him?
20:41A guy with his skillset.
20:43Come on, Willie, meet him halfway.
20:45Which one?
20:46Jordan Poole, this Warrior team.
20:47No, no, no, which Jordan?
20:49The Saturday night version.
20:52I would argue that's closer to the guy
20:54that got himself out of town.
20:56The 2024-25 version.
20:58I want championship year Jordan Poole.
21:01That got punched at him.
21:03Well, he averaged 20 a night that year.
21:06Mark, just say we could use him.
21:08Yeah, we could use him.
21:10There you go.
21:11Hey, my man.
21:12To do what?
21:13To score the basketball,
21:15because you've got a team with a bunch of guys
21:17who don't score the basketball.
21:1985 points.
21:20Here's where I'll meet you.
21:21Here's where I'll meet you.
21:22They would be a lot more watchable.
21:25And I actually think that's their problem right now.
21:29Too many of us are talking about getting them
21:30into the championship mix.
21:32They're not in the mix.
21:33They're not gonna be in the mix.
21:34There's no move to get them in the mix.
21:36They need to talk about their products right now.
21:38Think how far that bar is for you saying watchable.
21:42Yeah.
21:42Like, whoa.
21:43That was like, I turned that off yesterday.
21:44I mean, the fact that a Steph Curry team
21:46can be unwatchable is something I didn't think I would
21:49correct, see, honestly.
21:51When he's not playing four quarters
21:53and you get late in the third
21:54and you're down by whatever it was, 28 or 32,
21:57and you know he's coming out.
21:58So do you want to stick and stay for Pat and Guy
22:01and the fellas?
22:02And no disrespect to any of them,
22:04but when you don't have the chef, how watchable are they?
22:08Wiggins is one of 11.
22:09Buddy is ice cold.
22:10He's hiding in the corner.
22:11Yeah.
22:12Didn't want no part of it.
22:13No.
22:14And then I told, just real quick here,
22:15they got embarrassed by sack.
22:17So tomorrow is payback.
22:19And he's looking at me like, you would think,
22:21Goo, but Luna.
22:22Like, I can't.
22:23They better be ready tomorrow.
22:24Mark's got it as a loss.
22:25Come on, Mark.
22:26We did this game.
22:27They're going into Sacramento without Kuminga and Green
22:30and the Kings have won eight of 10
22:32and they have more talent in the first place.
22:34Mark is two for two.
22:35We did the schedule game.
22:37We moved to the next 10 and we played the,
22:40he has, but he has, this is a loss, but.
22:43I don't want to pat myself on the back
22:44because that's not hard.
22:45Tweet it.
22:46They beat the worst team in the league.
22:47They lost to the best team in the league.
22:49The bit was this team is really hard to pin down.
22:52And so I pinned him down on the next 10
22:55and he's two for two.
22:56The two easy ones.
22:57He's got a loss in sack,
22:59but then he's got three straight wins after that.
23:01I got three.
23:02And that would include the Lakers.
23:04Yep.
23:04And I think Utah and then Chicago.
23:07And they lose to the Thunder down the road.
23:09So what did they finish the, five and five?
23:10Six and four.
23:11Six and four.
23:12Oh, hey, that ain't bad.
23:15And you can hear all these games on 95.7, the game.
