00:00This is PTVI Balita Ngayon. Residents are being taken care of in low-lying areas and around the Cagayan River following the loss of water in Magat Dam.
00:16The spillway radial gate of Magat Dam opened at 12 noon this morning.
00:23Due to the increasing water level, the total expected total discharge in the dam is at 1,738 cubic meters per second.
00:33This may change depending on the amount of water released in the actual rain and inflow in Magat Watershed.

01:02According to Justice Secretary Remulla, they are also investigating the possible violation of the International Humanitarian Law of the former President.
01:12This was followed by extrajudicial killings in the War on Drugs by the previous administration.
01:18As of now, the former President has not been released yet.
01:23President Ferdinand R. Marquez Jr. is calling for unity in the face of the flood-stricken country.
