00:00Good afternoon. A cooler rest of the day to come compared to yesterday but there's
00:04still some sunshine out there and you can see on the latest satellite picture
00:07from this morning that actually across eastern areas and central areas of
00:11England it's been a fairly bright start to the day but across the west a quite a
00:15different story. Clouds spreading in pushing past parts of Northern
00:20Ireland into parts of Western Scotland, Wales, South West England. That's a
00:24weather front approaching. We'll bring with it some rain as well. It's wrapped
00:27around this area of low pressure and that will bring some pretty breezy
00:31conditions to the far west of Scotland as well. Gusts could be in excess of 40
00:35miles per hour here. So lots of cloud and rain across parts of Wales, South West
00:39England, Northern England later on this afternoon. We could see some heavier
00:42bursts. I think it'll just generally be pretty overcast and definitely cooler
00:46than yesterday. Across parts of Northern Ireland by the end of the day we could
00:50see some brighter spells but it's eastern areas that will see the best of
00:53that drier and brighter weather. The sunshine could turn a bit hazier for
00:56central areas of England but across the far east still some very strong sunshine
01:00through the rest of today and temperatures still climbing to the
01:03high 20s. Definitely cooler than it was yesterday but still warmer than average
01:07for the time of year. Different story though further west where we have got
01:10more in the way of cloud rain and a bit of a breeze. Now that rain will push
01:14into parts of central England overnight tonight across the south coast as well
01:18bringing quite a lot of cloud here. Quite a muggy night to come. Further north
01:22though the winds will ease and with clear skies developing temperatures will
01:26fall away as well. So it could be much fresher at night here. Temperatures could
01:29fall as low as four or five degrees for some rural areas of Scotland as well as
01:34Northern Ireland. So potentially quite fresh across northern areas of Wales as
01:38well to start the day and a bright start to the day. Could make for some good
01:41viewing conditions of the meteor shower overnight as well across these areas.
01:45Across the east though and central areas of England is going to be a fairly dull
01:49start to Wednesday. Clouds going to linger through a lot of the day so
01:52definitely a cloudier day tomorrow across the east compared to today. The
01:55afternoon should be a bit drier but still a risk of some drizzly outbreaks
01:59of rain. But across Wales many western and northern areas of the UK a fine day
02:04to come on Wednesday. With some fairly light winds as well especially inland
02:08temperatures will climb to the high teens low 20s. That's around average for
02:11the time of year. But across the far north and west by the end of the day on
02:16Wednesday a risk of some further heavy bursts of rain. Those will push further
02:20eastwards throughout Wednesday evening. Ahead of it though a fairly fine end of
02:24the day. That cloud should eventually clear away to the south and east as that
02:28weather front does drift away finally. But the next weather front approaching
02:32from the north and west is set to linger across northwestern areas through
02:36Thursday and then potentially across the southeast on Friday. So another spell of
02:41wet weather to come through Thursday and into Friday. So keep up to date with all
02:45the latest. For your updates you can check out our YouTube channel. See you
02:49again soon. Bye bye.
