00:00Big picture, the story for Tubi is a lot of original content is coming your way,
00:04including one of my favorite sports personalities, Mr. Deion Sanders.

00:09Who is just money. I mean, you know, you just you do not scroll past him on ESPN.
00:15You know he's going to say something.
00:16Tell me about sort of how that came to be and also what you think that's going to bring to Tubi.
00:21So Tubi's mission is to give all people access to all the world's stories.
00:27And we have the world's largest library of movies and TV shows.
00:30A lot of people don't realize that.
00:31That's a big statement.
00:32It's it's it's a massive library.
00:34We've spent over a decade building it and multiples larger than other streamers.
00:41And so really what we offer first and foremost is we're free entertainment
00:44and we give people a lot of choice and we try and really listen and understand what they want.
00:49Our original strategy, you're absolutely right.
00:51We've been sort of investing more here.
00:53It looks really different from what you might think of as an original strategy
00:58from more of the traditional streamers.
01:00We don't necessarily go in and try and and find that next critically acclaimed show.
01:05That's, you know, a very significantly large budget.
01:08What we try and do is listen to our fans both on Tubi and what's happening in culture,
01:15what's happening in social.
01:16And we look to just find those stories.
01:19And so that's what you're really seeing from us.
01:22You know, Dion and the show that we're going to be coming out with him.
01:27That is, you know, Dion is a Tubi fan.
01:29He has been literally tweeting about Tubi for a while.
01:33And he has an incredible fan base that has basically told us,
01:36like, we want to hear more from him in some of these other topics around culture.
01:42And so that's why we invested in it.
01:43We're launching a movie called Sidelined that's based on a Wattpad YA novel pretty soon.
01:51And it stars a TikTok star who's doing this first movie, Noah Beck.
01:55And that's because, like, we're hearing from that fan base.
01:58And so I think when we think about originals,
02:02our lens is we want to listen to what our audiences want.
02:06Because we have this huge library, because we have such a large audience now,
02:09our signals are getting better and better about what people are interested in.
02:13And for us, originals are just a way to actually just get that
02:16type of content and storytelling produced that might not already exist in Hollywood.
