00:00Computer Science videos here today to show you guys a tutorial how to use

00:05Microsoft PowerPoint on a Mac computer tutorial 26 customizing the toolbar

00:11without further ado let us start the video so in this tutorial you need to have

00:16access to a Mac computer have access to the desktop application Microsoft

00:19PowerPoint we can now start the tutorial let's now go down to the doc go to

00:24finder go to the OneDrive folder locate the file work.bbtx double click on this

00:29to open in the meantime we can minimize finder let's do that now go to the

00:35presentation and so in this tutorial we will look to customize the toolbar which

00:42is on the top of the application so we already have a couple of shortcuts that

00:47allow us to let's say turn autosave on and off save the file redo undo if we go

00:56to the three dots on the right corner to customize the quick access toolbar we

01:02can add a few that are already there like print let's click on print spelling

01:09if we wish to add more commands we would click on the three dots go to more

01:15commands and then here we have a list of all the popular commands that one could

01:21use to let's say save time and do the work they require to so let's click on

01:31copy and the arrow that points to the right let's just add that in let's click

01:36on save now let's go back to

01:40the three dots and as you can see copying has already been added in so if

01:49we were to highlight computer science videos click on copy and let's right

01:58click to paste and there we go computer science videos has not been copied

02:04let's just click on this text box click on copy go back to the slide paste and

02:13there we go we have copy and pasted computer science videos let's just

02:20remove this and so we can now quit PowerPoint that's over this video I'll
