00:00Computer Science videos here today to show you guys in this tutorial how to

00:05use Microsoft PowerPoint on a Mac computer. Tutorial 25 convert to a PDF

00:11without further ado let us start the videos on the tutorial. You need to have

00:16access to a Mac computer have access to the desktop application Microsoft

00:19PowerPoint. We can now start the tutorial. Let's now go all the way around to the

00:23dock, go to finder, go to OneDrive, locate the file work.pptx double click on this

00:31let's wait for that to load in the meantime we can minimize finder for the

00:35moment and now let's convert the PowerPoint presentation to a PDF so how

00:44would we do that well we can go to the top navigation menu click on file click

00:50on export and then choose where we will export the PDF file to the desktop

00:58export as work.pdf file format we can have all these different formats for

01:06this tutorial we are converting to a PDF so we can now export processing the

01:13slides if there are 50 slides it will take some time to process in this

01:18tutorial we only had five slides and hence it taking a short amount of time

01:26to export into PDF so we can minimize PowerPoint for the moment let's turn the

01:31attention to the desktop click on work.pdf use the spacebar to quick view

01:37yeah slide one two three four let's open with preview and there we go let's just

01:48go full screen for the moment so this is the presentation with all the slides

01:54if we just decrease the size for the moment and for the purpose of this

01:59tutorial so that's slide one two three four and five we can now quit preview

02:07looking all the way down to the dock go to PowerPoint quit PowerPoint go to the

02:14dock again go to finder quit finder and so that's about this video I'll see you
