00:00Computer science videos here today to show you guys in this tutorial how to use Microsoft PowerPoint on a Mac computer

00:09Adding a comment to a slide

00:12Without further ado. Let us start the video

00:15So in this tutorial, you need to have access to a Mac computer have access to the desktop application Microsoft PowerPoint

00:21We're gonna start the tutorial. Let's type all the way down to the dock

00:24Go to finder navigate to the OneDrive folder locate the pop-up presentation file work.pptx. Let's just double click on this

00:33Wait for that to load in the meantime. Let's now minimize finder for the moment and

00:38Now the purpose of this tutorial is to add a comment to any of the slides. So let's go to let's say slide one

00:47let's then go to review within the menu bar now click on you comment and

00:53Then we are able to

00:56Add some comments and describe what is happening in the pop-up presentation. So I'll just say

01:10Title image and name this is very similar to notes. However

01:15When it comes to adding comments, this will always be on the right hand side of the page

01:20So what we can do is if we

01:25Click on that send button

01:27We have the comment added to the right top corner of the screen if I were to double click on this we can see the comment

01:35reappear on the right hand side of

01:38the slide so we can now

01:41quit PowerPoint
