00:05Microsoft PowerPoint on a Mac computer tutorial 5 using design ideas to

00:10transform the presentation without further ado let us start the video so in

00:15this tutorial you need to have access to a Mac computer have access to the

00:20desktop application Microsoft PowerPoint so we can I go all the way down to the

00:23dock go to finder and go to documents go to the folder called PowerPoint that has

00:31the file in there double-click click on work dot PPTX let's just wait for that

00:36to load

00:39once that's now loaded as you can see we have a PowerPoint slide on screen from

00:46the previous tutorials with text and an image now to transform using design

00:52ideas what we'll do is first we'll minimize finder for the moment increase

00:56the size of PowerPoint click on design ideas under home yep so let's click on

01:03design ideas and as you can see we have now had some ideas generated by

01:09PowerPoint themselves so if I now click on a few of them and choose the best

01:15design catered towards what I wish to broadcast to my audience I'll just stick

01:30with the one that I've clicked on on screen so command s to save

01:40and that's how you use design ideas to transform your slide via the new design

01:48on screen so we can now quit PowerPoint and so that's it for this video I'll see
