00:00Computer Science videos here today to show you guys in this tutorial how to

00:05use Microsoft PowerPoint on a Mac computer. Tutorial 24, changing the view

00:10of the slides. Without further ado, let us start the video. So in this tutorial, you

00:16need to have access to a Mac computer, the application, Microsoft PowerPoint.

00:19We can now start the tutorial. Let's now go over onto the dock. Go to finder, go to

00:24OneDrive, locate the file work.pptx, double click on this. In the meantime, we

00:29can minimize finder for the moment. Now let's work on the presentation. So let's

00:35go to the menu bar on top, go to view and the idea is to change the view. Before we

00:41start changing the view, let's just remove all sections. You'll see why I've

00:47done that in a moment. Now let's click on outline view. We are currently on the

00:52normal view. Outline view, this is what we get. Slide sorter and here we have all

01:00the slides. We can increase the size of all these slides being viewed on screen.

01:05Notes page, yep. Reading view, 1 to 5. Slide master, let's go back one. Let's go

01:22back to normal view. Go back to view. Handout master, this will be printed out

01:28as handouts. Let's just close the master for the moment. Go back to view. Notes

01:34master, yeah. Go back to close master. Go back to view and let's just keep it on

01:43the normal view. So we can now quit PowerPoint. And so that's it for this
