00:00Computer Science videos here today to show you guys in the tutorial how to use

00:05Microsoft PowerPoint on a Mac computer tutorial 27 share your presentation

00:10without further ado let us start the video so in this tutorial you need to

00:16have access to a Mac computer have access to the application Microsoft

00:20PowerPoint we're gonna start the tutorial let's now go over onto the doc

00:24go to finder go to the OneDrive folder locate the firework.pptx double

00:30click on this let's just wait for that to load in the meantime let's now

00:33minimize finder for the moment and now the presentation is all set and done in

00:39this tutorial we are looking to share the presentation how do we do that right

00:44top corner of the screen click on share we can send a link to a name group or

00:53email anyone with this link can edit let's change the policies to view only

00:59so we can now let's search for the admin so in reality I will be sending this to

01:06myself click on this and we can click on three dots to create a shareable link if

01:14we wish to but let's not do that for the moment if we go back to share click on

01:20admin change the policies to can view let's now click on send and this will

01:29now or has been sent to the admin inbox so we can now minimize PowerPoint for

01:35the moment now let's go over onto the doc go to launchpad go to Mac office go to

01:39Microsoft Outlook and hopefully that email should have been sent to the

01:46admins inbox on Microsoft Outlook so let's just wait for that to load

01:50verifying the application will take some time to open not to worry and there we

02:10go the admin has shared work with myself and there we go so we can now

02:23quit Outlook go over to the doc again go to PowerPoint quit PowerPoint go to the

02:32doc again quit finder and so that's it for this video I'll see you guys on the next
