00:00Computer Science videos here today to show you guys in the tutorial how to
00:06upload a file from OneDrive to a Teams conversation using Microsoft Teams on a
00:12Mac computer. Without further ado, let us start the video. So in this tutorial you
00:18need to have access to a Mac computer and account for Microsoft Office 365. Now
00:23this can be for work, school or business. We also need to have access to the
00:25desktop application which is Microsoft Teams, a document which we will be
00:31uploading to OneDrive. So we can now go all the way down to the dock, go to
00:37Finder, locate OneDrive which is what we have on screen. Let's go back one, take
00:44trial document.pdf, right-click, copy, go to OneDrive, right-click, paste the item.
00:52Let's minimize Finder for the moment. Now go all the way down to the dock, go to
00:57Launchpad, go to Mac Office, go to Microsoft Teams. Let's just wait for that
01:01to load. Make sure you are signed into the account then go to the left hand side
01:09navigation menu, go to chat. We have been conversing with another member on Teams.
01:16In this case, it's my main account. We can now go to expand the chat, attach
01:23from OneDrive and there you can see trial document which I just uploaded now.
01:31Let's click on this, click on share and maybe write a message of your choice.
01:41Click on send.
01:46This has now been sent. If we were to minimize Teams for the moment, go all the
01:54way down to Finder again, open up a new tab, go to let's say pictures, take a
02:01photo, command C, go to the other tab, command V to paste. That is now uploading
02:08to OneDrive. Let's go all the way down to the dock again, go to Teams, attach again
02:16from OneDrive, click on the image, click on share, click on send and that's now
02:25been sent. We can now quit Microsoft Teams. We can also quit Finder. And so
02:32that's it for this video. I'll see you guys in my next tutorial. Thanks for now.
02:38Thank you for making it towards the end of the video. Be sure to subscribe to my
