00:00Computer Science videos here today to show you guys in this tutorial how to
00:05schedule a Teams meeting using Microsoft Teams on a Mac computer. Without further
00:11ado, let us start the video. So in this tutorial, you need to have access to a
00:16Mac computer and account for Microsoft Office 365. Now this comes before
00:20World School of Business. We also need to have access to the desktop application.
00:23So we can now go over onto the dock, go to Launchpad, go to Mac Office, go to the
00:30application, Microsoft Teams. Now let's just wait for that to load. Now make
00:36sure you are signed into the account and then let's just suppose you're on Teams
00:41or in chat. We will now be required to navigate to the calendar, click on new
00:48meeting, schedule a meeting or click on webinar but we are here for a new
00:53meeting. Now let's add the title of this meeting. Let's just say social media
01:03introduction, add the required attendees. Let's just add the main account. This
01:12meeting will take place on the 16th of June, let's say at 2 o'clock in the
01:20afternoon for an hour. We can have it all day, that's for another tutorial. This
01:29will not repeat as it's only for tomorrow. We can add a channel, let's just add
01:34computer science videos, put that in general. We can add a location if we wish
01:40to, maybe type details of this meeting. Let's just keep it very simple. Social
01:49media will be the main focus of this meeting. We can now send, so this is now
01:57on the calendar, has been added to the calendar. If we go to Teams, social media,
02:04is there anything there? No there is not. Go to general and there we have the
02:11meeting for tomorrow 16 June 2022 at 2 o'clock. If we click on this, it will
02:17take us back to the meeting. If we were to go to our email, this will be sent
02:27directly there. Let's just close this for a moment, let's minimize Microsoft Teams.
02:31Now let's scroll down to the dock, go to Safari, go to office.com, make sure you
02:41are signed into the account.
02:47Go to your inbox, Outlook and there we have the Teams invite via email for us
02:59to join for the meeting. So we can now quit Safari, go down to the dock, again go
03:09to Microsoft Teams, quit Microsoft Teams and so that's it for this video. I'll see
03:15you guys in my next tutorial. Thanks for now. Thank you for making it towards the
03:21end of the video. Be sure to subscribe to my channel Computer Science Videos. Be
03:25sure to check out the previous video on screen now or you can ideally click on
03:31the playlist and watch all the journey for computer science videos from the
03:36start until now.
