00:00Computer science videos here today to show you guys in this tutorial how to

00:05send a message with very high importance in a Teams conversation using Microsoft

00:12Teams on a Mac computer. Without further ado, let us start the video. So in this

00:17tutorial, you need to have access to a Mac computer and account for Microsoft

00:22Office 365. Now this can be for work or business. We also need to have

00:26access to the desktop application. So if you now go down to the dock, go to

00:31Launchpad, go to Mac Office, go to Microsoft Teams. Let's just wait for the

00:36application to load and now make sure you are signed into the account. Then go

00:41to the left hand side navigation menu, go to chat, go to the person you are having

00:47a conversation with. In this case, it's myself from the main account or from the

00:54admin account to the main account now. Let's go all the way to the bottom of

00:58the screen, type a message, expand the conversation and now where we have the

01:05exclamation mark, click on this, change from standard to important and now this

01:11message will be sent with very high importance. Let's just type a message

01:24Important. This is a very important message. Please respond to me as soon as

01:42possible. Thanks. Let's click on send and now this has been sent to the person you

01:51are conversing with, exclamation mark. So we can now quit Microsoft Teams and so
