00:00Computer Science videos here today to show you guys in this tutorial how to
00:05change your status availability on Microsoft Teams using a Mac computer.
00:10Without further ado, let us start the video. So in this tutorial, you need to
00:15have access to a Mac computer and account for Microsoft Office 365. This can be for
00:19work, school or business. We also need to have access to the desktop application
00:24Microsoft Teams. So we're going to go all the way down to the dock. Go to launchpad, go
00:28to Mac Office, go to Microsoft Teams. Let's just wait for that to load. Make
00:33sure you are signed into the account and now go to the right top corner of the
00:36screen. Click on the profile photo which will take us to another panel. If we
00:42click on available, we can then change the status availability to busy, do not
00:51disturb, be right back, appear away and appear offline. So we can also, if we
01:06wish to, have this for a set duration. Let's just say today I wish to not be
01:13disturbed. So we can click on do not disturb and this will reset the status
01:19after two hours. So if we click on done, it will go back to whatever it was
01:25originally on. So we can also go back to reset the status and now we are
01:32available. So we can also set a status message if we wish to but that's for
01:37another tutorial. So if we now go back to, or if we quit Teams. And so that's it for this
01:44video. I'll see you guys on the next tutorial. Thanks for now. Thank you for making it
01:50towards the end of the video. Be sure to subscribe to my channel Computer Science
