00:00Computer Science videos here today to show you guys in this tutorial how to
00:04send a photo to a colleague on Microsoft Teams using a Mac computer. Without
00:11further ado let us start the video. So in this tutorial you need to have access to
00:15a Mac computer and account for Microsoft Office 365. Now this can be for work
00:19sort of business. We also need to have access to the desktop application. So we
00:23can now go all the way down to the dock. Go to Launchpad. Go to Mac Office. Go to
00:28the desktop application Microsoft Teams. Click on this. Let's just wait for that
00:32to load. Once that's loaded make sure you are signed into the account. Then go to
00:37the left hand side navigation menu. Click on chat. In yesterday's tutorial I did
00:42demonstrate to you how to start and send messages in the chat to a colleague of
00:50your choice. Now in this tutorial we are heavily focusing on how to send a photo
00:55and maybe even receive a photo. So let's go to attach. Upload from my computer.
01:04Let's go to documents. Go to my YouTube channel. Click on the YouTube icon for
01:13Computer Science videos. Open. Let's just wait for that to load and now click on
01:19send and that should now have been sent to the person that I am speaking with. In
01:26this case myself, my main account. And now what I will do is send back a photo that
01:35I will quickly take now. Let's go to camera. I've taken the photo. Let's just
01:45click on done and send and you should now see this sent and received on screen
01:52a photo of the computer screen taken by an iPhone and sent to myself via the
02:00Teams application for mobile phone. In the near future I will be demonstrating
02:05to you how to use Teams via iPhone so we can now quit Microsoft Teams. And so
02:14that's about this video. I'll see you guys on my next tutorial. Thanks for now.
