00:00Computer Science videos here today to show you guys in this tutorial how to
00:05send a Teams invitation to a work colleague using Microsoft Teams on a Mac
00:12computer. Without further ado, let us start the video. So in this tutorial, you need to
00:17have access to a Mac computer and account for Microsoft Office 365. Now this
00:21company works full of business. We also need to have access to the desktop
00:24application Microsoft Teams. So we can now go down to the dock, go to launchpad,
00:29go to Mac Office, go to the application Microsoft Teams. Let's just wait for that
00:34to load. Make sure you are signed into the account. Go to the left hand side
00:39navigation menu, go to Teams, go to your team, go to a channel. Let's just go to
00:45social media. We have been posting frequently across the last tutorial or
00:51the previous tutorials. As we can see, we have demonstrated how to tag, share a
01:01link, a conversation with how important, an announcement. Let's now reply to the
01:12previous team conversation and now we're going to click on this logo that looks
01:18like a letter with a plus sign in there and this will allow us to schedule a new
01:25Teams meeting. Let's just call this social media marketing. Let's
01:34now add the required attendees. I'll just add the main email that I use for myself.
01:43So my name at ComputerScienceVideos.com. We'll schedule this for tomorrow at
01:50let's say 2 o'clock, 30 minutes, does not repeat, location, it will be from the
02:00office. We may wish to type details for this meeting. We can do that or we can
02:07maybe wish or choose to do that another time. Let's just click on send and this
02:13meeting has now been sent. So as you can see, scheduled a meeting, social media
02:21marketing, Wednesday the 1st of June 2022 at 2 o'clock. Let's now minimize Teams
02:28at the moment. Let's now go all the way down to the dock, go to Launchpad, go to Safari.
02:33Let's now go to Office.com. Make sure you are signed into the account. Let's now go
02:39to Outlook and there I can see an email that has been sent to myself in regards
02:51to the meeting that was scheduled. So we can now quit Safari. Let's go all the way
03:01down to the dock again, go to Microsoft Teams, quit Microsoft Teams and so that's
03:07it for this video. I'll see you guys in my next tutorial. Thanks for now.
03:12Thank you for making it towards the end of the video. Be sure to subscribe to my
