00:00Computer Science videos here today to show you guys in this tutorial how to

00:05add HTML text file code to a Microsoft Teams conversation on Microsoft Teams.

00:10Without further ado, let us start the video. So in this tutorial, you need to have

00:16access to a Mac computer and account for Microsoft Office 365. Now this can be for

00:20work, school or business. We also need to have access to the desktop application as

00:23well as be very proficient in HTML coding. So we're gonna go down to the

00:29dock, go to Launchpad, go to Mac Office, go to the desktop application, Microsoft

00:35Teams. Let's just wait for that to load. Once that has loaded, make sure you are

00:39signed into the account. Then go to the left-hand side navigation menu, click on

00:42Teams, your Teams. Go to a channel, can be general or a created channel. Let's just

00:47go to social media. Now let's go to new conversation. Let's expand the

00:53conversation. Click on code snippet. Let's change text to HTML so we can then

01:04format using the HTML text editor. Now click on wrap text. So less than

01:16exclamation mark, doc type. And you can see the color has changed. HTML. Go to a new

01:27line, less than HTML. And we can then see the less than slash HTML greater than

01:40automatically pops up, which is great for coding using HTML and even better

01:46for web developers. It saves them time. Less than, head. We need a title, computer

02:05science videos. We also need a body, so we can less than body. Within this body

02:15we'll just say give a header. This is computer science videos. And so we can

02:32now insert. This will be inserted as a conversation. So we can now paste. And all

02:43the code that we did code within the text file on Microsoft Teams has now been added

02:51to a conversation. What we could have also done is just added the code itself to the

03:01Teams conversation without having to click on code snippet. But that then defeats the

03:07purpose of the video as we would like to generate a script using the HTML context

03:16and content. So we can now quit Microsoft Teams. And so that's it for this video.
