00:07:26I think with that right shoulder
00:07:29the thing that the Cowboys were
00:07:31worried about is is that not the
00:07:33first hit or the second hit but
00:07:35Emmitt Smith is hardly ever
00:07:36tackled by the first or second
00:07:38guy but where he would be
00:07:40bothered by that third and fourth
00:07:42guy coming in there third and
00:07:43one and now the Cowboys will put
00:07:45Kevin Gogan who normally plays
00:07:47guard and left offensive end and
00:07:51the fans started to chant moose
00:07:53but what moose is going to do is
00:07:54lead he's going to be the lead
00:07:56here and that's exactly what he

00:12:11little bit of a pain in the

00:12:13You have to bring him in there
00:12:14now and he's really not a
00:12:17tackle he's more of an end not
00:12:19big enough really to be playing
00:12:22inside.
00:12:23And I think I think that the
00:12:24Cowboys running game you know
00:12:26would anyway pick away at that
00:12:28middle that forty niner defense
00:12:29but from now on I think they're
00:12:31going to pick away at that all
00:12:32day.

00:19:01and you're so right about his
00:19:03injured shoulder so far it
00:19:06doesn't look like he's hampered

00:19:11points maybe the fourth quarter
00:19:13won't be as important as you
00:19:15thought it was earlier but the
00:19:17Cowboys are just being dominated
00:19:19by this Cowboy offense
00:19:20especially those offensive line.
00:19:22I mean they just look like
00:19:23they're they're too quick and
00:19:24too big and too strong for
00:19:25them they're just knocking them
00:19:26off the line.
00:19:26They just look like they lean on
00:19:28them and they go back Smith
00:19:32again not much this time hit by
00:19:35Mike Walter who had a big game

00:19:39the Giants.
00:19:39You know the thing the forty
00:19:40niners know is when you play
00:19:42against Emmitt Smith you not
00:19:43only have to take the onside
00:19:46you have to take away the
00:19:47backside.
00:19:48You have to take away the
00:19:49running too but you have to take
00:19:50away the backside because if you
00:19:52leave him a backside he'll cut
00:19:54back and that's what Mike Walter
00:19:56has to do.
00:19:57He has to stay behind Emmitt
00:19:58Smith when he goes to the
00:20:00onside for that cut back to the
00:20:02backside third and two boys at
00:20:08home not only is he so effective
00:20:18as the ball carrier he's an
00:20:22excellent pass receiver.
00:20:23You know he has to find a hole
00:20:25and you'll see he starts here.
00:20:27He's going to end up catching a
00:20:28ball over here but he has to
00:20:30find his way through the line to
00:20:32get out here and then in doing
00:20:34that they kind of lose him in
00:20:35there you see him hide in there
00:20:37and he's got to find the
00:20:38defensive line coming across.
00:20:40That is a very tough pattern to
00:20:41cover the linebacker is assigned
00:20:45the coverage but he's got to
00:20:47keep up with a very fast very
00:20:48quick running back David Smith.
00:20:51Here he is again to the forty
00:20:55nine or thirty nine.
00:20:57Merton Hanks made the stop.
00:21:00The forty niners are now
00:21:01involved in their safety as we
00:21:03see Merton Hanks on that time

00:21:17getting those safeties up and
00:21:19then pretty soon you're going to
00:21:20be open deep to some wide
00:21:22receivers second and seven
00:21:26fake is to Smith this time.
00:21:28For Harper would have been a
00:21:33difficult catch but it could
00:21:35have been a tough one to get
00:21:36caught.
00:21:37I think the Cowboys saw the same
00:21:39thing when you see Merton Hanks
00:21:40or Tim McDonald out there.

00:21:43side that you're going to get
00:21:44man to man coverage and that
00:21:47safety is so concerned with the
00:21:48run that he's not going to be
00:21:50out here with Harper.
00:21:51So you're going to take a shot.
00:21:52You can't get a better shot than
00:21:54that.
00:21:55Harper just kind of he needed
00:21:57about two more inches on his
00:21:59fingers there.
