00:23Well, I think, I think it's, it's easier.
00:27I think for Xander and Scotty to view this as a week of, all right, let's just go get
00:32ourselves in contention.
00:34Um, I think for Rory, he, he kind of knows where his game at.
00:37He plays last week.
00:38Um, you have to imagine Scotty had a pretty busy week, probably just touching the clubs
00:43for the first time yesterday, maybe Xander, maybe he started touching the gloves a couple
00:48days ago.
00:49Who knows?
00:50Um, but I think, uh, you know, this golf course, it exposes your weaknesses pretty
00:58quickly.
00:59So if these guys are rusty, uh, that Thursday round, uh, I think they're going to get some
01:02weather on Wednesday.
01:03So it's going to be a little softer on Thursday, which I think is beneficial, uh, to anybody
01:07that might be coming in with a little rust.
01:09Uh, if the greens were super, super firm and the fairways were firm, then you'd have to
01:13be much, much sharper and you could get it a little bit more exposed if you're a little
01:17off.
01:18But, uh, I think that benefits the, the, the player like Xander and Scotty that, um, Hey,
01:24maybe they're coming in with, um, maybe their head's not all quite over what the, for Xander
01:29when the PGA, when that first major for Scotty, it's like, Hey, where, where is it?
01:34Does he have dad fatigue?
01:35You know, like where, where are we in that?
01:37So I think Rory is probably going to come in with, you would think a little bit more
01:41gun ho of, all right, let's, let's go out, shoot a five, six, 700 par around if we can
01:45get off to a hot start.
01:47Um, but yeah, of, of those three, I mean, um, I, I, it's hard to not see Scotty.
01:54Um, I would, I would still be picking Scotty over the three of them.
01:59Well, and, and I wonder too, well, you know, how, uh, like Cole Morikawa intrigues me so
02:06much at this stage of thinking, well, I, I just, I, I mean, where my heart wants to go
02:13to Victor Hovland because I mean, it was just so nice seeing Victor Hovland play Victor
02:18Hovland golf at the PGA, you know, he makes a bogey the last, that kind of puts a damper
02:22on the weekend, but I mean, it's just too soon to take Victor.
02:26Is that where you're kind of, is that what you're asking me?
02:28Is it, is it, is it too, was that just a flash in the pan on a really easy golf course?
02:32Well, it's, I'd love to see him play like that again.
02:36So we know he's back back, but I also don't want to miss the boat on a Victor win.

02:43Well, he said a lot of things refresh my memory.
02:47What specifically, or did he say that he said he was, he thought it was stupid that it,
02:52that he played Memorial.
02:54He said, it's not even worth playing for me because all the bunkers are like this.
02:58Oh, that's right.
02:59Yeah.
03:00And that was a big chunking problem, like taking too much sand out of the bunker.
03:05And he was like, it's not even worth me playing.
03:08And and then he talked about how, you know, figures out his bunker game with Joe Mayo
03:14and then they go out and he wins Memorial.
03:17So I thought that was pretty cool.
03:18I can see that video in my head now that he's sent out of the bunker Memorial
03:22and the practice area, like that lime green, dark green combo, Jay Lindeberg outfit of him,
03:29just like thumping the sand and finally hitting it good with the work with Joe Mayo.
03:33I love that they're back together.
03:35And I think he's going to play really good golf to close this year out.
03:39And now that they have it, it's theoretically fixed, but I, I do.
03:43Yeah.
03:43I wonder if it's a little too early and, but Colin is one who fascinates me.
03:48Who's a guy who's been in contention at every major and who is one here.
03:54And so you feel like it's a guy who could see this as an opportunity to kind of set
03:59himself up for, hey, let's let's go win a major at Pinehurst.
04:02And as a guy who is an incredible, you know, ball striker and, you know,
04:08approach, the green is one of his most solid, really good, dude.
04:13Pirates can be perfect for him as a guy who could hit some precise approach
04:16shots into those greens.
