00:00Give me some initial thoughts on this game for you on the Cubs and the D-backs.
00:04You know, we talked about the Angels and the White Sox and I said,
00:08don't watch that game. This is a game that you should be interested in. This is a fun game.
00:13We have some, I'm going to say we have good pitchers here, not amazing. These aren't aces,
00:17obviously, you know, third game for these teams. We have some good offenses and the nine over under
00:21suggests that we're going to get some scoring. So I think we can, we can actually find some
00:25stuff in this game. And we talked about Eugenio Suarez earlier in the show. He's on fire. The
00:30lineups are good. You got young talent on the Cubs. We basically have everything that we want
00:35in this. You know, Matt Boyd on the mound for the Cubs, smaller sample size last year, only 39
00:39innings. He was good last year against small sample size, you know, 27% strikeout rate higher
00:45than we'd seen from in the past. He's a lefty. He did, however, struggle a little bit with lefty
00:49hitters last year. Again, only 8.1 total innings pitched against lefties, 357 slugging allowed,
00:552.16 home runs per nine. The exit wasn't bad at 354. So like he had bad results, but we have to
01:01understand that smaller sample size for a E-Rod, Eduardo Rodriguez for the Diamondbacks, also
01:06pitcher, not a big sample size last year of only 50 innings from him does not strike up a lot,
01:11can give up some home runs. I think we're in for like a either team winning this game six,
01:16four, which means we got total bases and RBIs galore today. Yeah. You're taking a look too.
01:21If we just include, and let's just say, we're going to go like last season statistics that
01:25Cubs lineup did very well against left-handed pitching. You take a look at the weighted on
01:28base percentage. Happ was a little bit low at 3.14, but Tucker 367, Suzuki 364, Swanson 385,
01:35Turner 333, and Nico Horner at 353. So my angle in this game is not really to go after, let's just
01:41say, both pitchers, but focus on Eduardo Rodriguez because he is a left-handed pitcher. And as you
01:46said, Tom, not a big sample size this year, only 43 batters he's faced from the left-hand side.
01:49They got the best of them. One 94 ISO, which is elevated and a weighted on base percentage
01:53about average at three 27, but right-handed batters, which is usually your focal point
01:57and where you get the majority of the batters today in that Cubs lineup, 180 batters last
02:01year for him against a one 99 ISO and a weighted on base percentage of three 59.
02:06So for me, starting to line some things up where I didn't like a lot from that White Sox game,
02:10let's just say the Cardinals game into the Texas game. I think there's some pretty good
02:13opportunities here to get some plus money. You look at Tucker for an RBI plus one 95
02:18at three 65 and they take a look at Swanson plus one 70 at three 65. So again, two of them would
02:24be great, but one of those you're taking plus money home, which would be the focal point.
02:28And then at a minus one Oh five price. If you do the one one one, which is the hit run and RBI
02:34Swanson Tucker and Suzuki right in the middle of that lineup. If it is an active lineup,
02:38I take that at a minus one Oh five price for some fun on that action. But again,
02:42I do like it better if that roof was open, which it looks like it does have the possibility to be
02:47today. Keep it moving here down the numbers for 10 p.m. Start. Did you have some time on that game?
02:52When you got, you should look at plus one 90 for an RBI plus one 95 at three 65. Yes. Kyle Tucker.
02:59He's plus one 45 on fame and he's plus one 70 on DK. Yes. One 70 to one 90. Okay. One 45 to one 90.
03:10That's massive. And we're talking about getting one of the two. That's a, that's a great price.
