00:00 For someone who fasts and during the fast he sleeps,
00:04 For someone who fasts and during the fast he sleeps,
00:13 then his fasting is still sah.
00:15 But, scholars have different opinions about the consequences.
00:18 Different from people who are dark or faint throughout the day during fasting,
00:22 then their fasting is not sah.
00:23 Allah knows best.
00:24 About the use of inhaler, there are two opinions.
00:28 The first opinion is that it is not banned.
00:31 This opinion is like Sheikh Yusuf Al-Qaradawi's opinion.
00:34 He said it is not banned because inhaler only reaches the lungs and not the stomach.
00:40 The second opinion is that it is banned.
00:42 This opinion is like Wahbah Az-Zuhaili's opinion.
00:45 He said it is banned because the inhaler only reaches the stomach.
00:50 So, as a commoner, we can use any inhaler.
00:54 We can use any inhaler.
00:56 Allah knows best.
00:57 For the situation of breaking the fast and fasting in different places and times,
01:02 the answer is that we break the fast according to where we are at that time.
01:07 For example, we fast in Malaysia and we fly to London.
01:11 In London, we can break the fast early or late.
01:14 So, we have to follow the time of breaking the fast in London
01:16 because we have to follow where we are at that time.
01:19 Allah knows best.
01:20 The use of needle or needle when fasting is not to cancel the fasting.
01:26 The use of needle is to insert something into the body or to remove something from the body.
01:31 Because the holes that we insert the needle into are not from the lungs that cancel the fasting.
01:39 That's all. Allah knows best.
01:40 For the sick or the elderly who are unable to fast,
01:47 they break the fast.
01:48 So, there are two situations here.
01:49 First, if the elderly or the sick person after Ramadan is back to health,
01:55 then they have to cancel the fasting.
01:57 If the elderly or the sick person after Ramadan is not well,
02:03 then they have to pay the fidya and don't have to cancel the fasting.
02:06 Because Allah says,
02:08 وَعَلَىٰ ٱلَّذِينَ يُتِيكُنَّهُ فِيٰتُوا طُعَامُوا بِسْكِنِ
02:11 If you are sick and your sickness won't get better,
02:15 then you have to pay the fidya.
02:17 Allah knows best.
