00:06 bank manager Syed Muhammad Daniel Syed Shakir in a road rage incident four years ago.
00:11 The Sya'alam High Court sentenced Yu Wei Liang after it found him guilty of culpable homicide,
00:16 not amounting to murder, on Tuesday.
00:19 He was charged under Section 304(a) of the Penal Code, which provides for imprisonment

00:26 Justice Julia Ibrahim said the prosecution had proven its case against Yu beyond reasonable

00:33 She said Yu acted beyond his right to self-defense by repeatedly running into Syed Muhammad Daniel,
00:38 although there was no longer any threat to himself after Syed Muhammad Daniel ran away.
