00:10 Here is our update on the storm Falcon.
00:12 We are experiencing a strong rainstorm in the country,
00:17 especially in Luzon and Visayas due to the heavy rain or Southwest Monsoon.
00:22 Because of the strong storm Falcon, the Southwest Monsoon.
00:26 The storm Falcon is currently in the ocean and is 1,205 kilometers away from the center of Luzon.
00:35 The storm is very strong.
00:37 The wind speed is 75 kilometers per hour.
00:43 Meanwhile, the wind speed is 90 kilometers per hour.
00:48 We expect it to move around 20 kilometers per hour.
00:55 As our forecast tracks for the storm Falcon,
01:01 from now until the Philippines area of responsibility,
01:05 the chance of a landfall is low in our country.
01:09 If the movement of the storm does not change,
01:13 we expect the storm Falcon to move around Monday night or Tuesday morning.
01:20 In the next three days from now, we expect the storm Falcon to be stronger.
01:27 And the storm Falcon could become a typhoon tomorrow afternoon or evening.
01:32 Although the storm Falcon is far from our country,
01:38 we will continue to experience the rainstorms of the Southwest Monsoon or Habagat.
01:43 Today, we expect heavy to intense rainstorms in Zambales, Bataan, Occidental Mindoro,
01:53 and Northern Palawan, along with Calamian, Cuyo, and Calayan Islands.
01:58 Today, we still expect moderate to heavy rains in Metro Manila,
02:03 Pangasinan, Tarlap, Pampanga, Bulacan, and Antique.
02:09 Tomorrow, we still expect heavy to intense rainstorms in Zambales, Bataan, and Occidental Mindoro.
02:21 And moderate to heavy rains in Pangasinan and Northern Palawan,
02:25 along with Calamian, Cuyo, and Calayan Islands.
02:29 On Monday, July 31, we still expect heavy to intense rainstorms in Zambales, Bataan, and Occidental Mindoro.
02:40 And moderate to heavy rains in Ilocos Region.
02:45 So, we ask our countrymen to continue to be careful and alert in the mentioned areas.
02:52 Because of the heavy rains, the flood or landslide is still there.
03:00 Because of the strong winds of Habagat, we still expect high waves,
03:08 where the high waves will reach up to 4.5 meters.
03:14 The places where the high waves will reach are the Western Seaboard of Luzon,
03:18 and also the Western Seaboard of Visayas, and also the Southern Seaboard of Southern Luzon.
03:25 So, we cannot go to the mentioned areas.
03:30 Because of the heavy rains or southwest monsoon,
03:36 we still expect strong winds today in Zambales, Bataan, Palawan, Occidental Mindoro, Romblon,
03:45 and a large portion of Calabarzon, Bicol Region, and Western Visayas.
03:50 Tomorrow, we still expect strong winds in Zambales, Bataan, Pampanga, Bulacan, Metro Manila,
04:02 Occidental Mindoro, Palawan, Romblon, Northern Samar, and a large portion of Bicol Region,
04:10 Calabarzon, and Western Visayas.
04:13 On Monday, July 31, we still expect strong winds in Ilocos Norte, Pangasinan, Zambales, Bataan,
04:25 Pampanga, Bulacan, Metro Manila, Occidental Mindoro, Palawan, Romblon, Northern Samar,
04:34 and a large portion of Calabarzon, Bicol Region, and Western Visayas.
