Five sets of doubles is a pretty good jump in workload from last time. Unfortunately, after the 2nd rep of the 2nd set, my right knee felt like there was an ice pick stabbed under the Patella!! Not sure what to do, l pulled the bar around to the front to lower back down trying to minimize any bending of that knee.
Not exactly sure how to proceed, l tip-toed through three more doubles. I noticed the pain didn't get any better OR worse. After the 5th set, l figured l had pushed things enough and stopped while l was ahead. Thankful that it's not a major injury!! God Bless!!
