Tamatar Chaman is a delicious Kashmiri style paneer cooked in a tangy tomato gravy. Here, paneer blocks are fried in mustard oil and then dunked in a tomato gravy flavoured with fennel seeds and dry ginger. You can serve it along with dal, steamed rice and phulka for your everyday lunch.

Ingredients for Marinade:
(Serves 2)
- 250 gms Paneer
- Turmeric Powder & Salt
- Oil(For Frying)

Ingredients For Gravy:
- 3 tbsp Mustard Oil
- 1/4 tsp Asafoetida
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- Water
- 1/2 kg Tomato Puree
- Salt
- 1/4 tsp Ginger Powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds Powder
- Water
- 1 Green Chilli(Slit)
- Garam Masala
