Ingredients:-
1 Brinjal, sliced
1/2 cup Gram flour
1-2 tbsp Red Chilli powder
Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Juice of 1/2 lime
Oil for frying
Method:-
Slice the brinjal in a disc-like shape and soak it in water.
In a small bowl, add gram flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, lime juice and mix well.
Apply the masala on the brinjal slices.
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry them on each side for 3-4 minutes.
