Ingredients:
(Serves 4)
- Oil
- Potatoes(boiled)
- Rock Salt
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1-2 Green Chillies(chopped)
- Ginger(grated)
- 2-3 tbsp Amaranth Flour
- Dry Flour
Method:
1. Heat oil in a medium-sized pan, and start mashing the potato which has already been boiled and peeled, in a large bowl
2. Put salt, sugar, green chillies, grated ginger, amaranth flour over the mashed potato and mix it all together.
3. Now, start making round balls from the mixture and coat it with dry flour
4. Similarly, make balls out of all the mixture, and keep it aside
5. Now, deep fry the balls on a medium flame
6. Fry them until they turn light brown
7. Once they are fried, take out farali pattice in a plate and serve it hot
