Bharela Marcha (बेसन भरी हरी मिर्च or Stuffed Chili) is popular Gujarati side dish recipes. It added more delicious taste in food. Normally Gujarati people use with breakfast, lunch and dinner. It serves with Ganthiya, Papdi, Thepla also.

Ingredients:
For Mava
1 cup Boiled Potatoes
1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
Salt
Turmeric Powder
1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
Coriander Leaves (chopped)

For Batter of Besan
3-4 tbsp Gram Flour
Salt
Turmeric Powder
1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder

Bhavanagri Chillies

Method: Let's start with making the Mava for which add Boiled Potatoes in the bowl and then add Garam Masala Powder, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Leaves (chopped).
Next, mix it all together properly and keep it aside. Now, lets prepare Batter of Besan for which add Gram Flour in the bowl and then add Salt, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder.
Next mix it all together nicely. Now, add Water to make the Thick batter. Once the Batter is ready lets heat up the Oil in the Pan
then slit the Bhavanagri Chillies and take the seeds out completely and stuff the Mava we created in the Bhavanagri Chillies (as shown in the video). Next dip the Bhavanagri Chillies into the Batter of Besan and then fry them in the hot Oil till it turn golden brown
