Ingredients:
For 1st Bhaji
3 Potatoes (grated
2 tbsp Gram Flour
Coriander Leaves
1/2 tsp Mix Masala
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt
Oil
For 2nd Bhaji
3 Capsicums
2 tbsp Gram Flour
Coriander Leaves
1/2 tsp Mix Masala
Salt
1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
Water
For Paneer Popcorn
250 gms Paneer
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Chaat Masala
Salt
1 tbsp Refined Flour
For Batter of Paneer Popcorn
1 cup Refined Flour
1/4 cup Cornflour
Salt
Water
1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
For Veg Pops
2 Potatoes (boiled & mashed)
1 tbsp Capsicum (chopped)
1 tbsp Carrot (grated)
Coriander Leaves
1/2 cup Flattened Rice (soaked)
1 tsp Chilli Flakes
1 tsp Mix Herbs
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
Salt
2 tbsp Cornflour
For Dip
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
1 tbsp Chilli Sauce
Method: Let's start with Potatoes (grated) in the bowl then add Gram Flour, Coriander Leaves, Mix Masala, Turmeric Powder, Salt. Next, Mix it all together properly (as shown in the video) then fry the batter in the Oil and your first Bhaji is ready.
Next, add Capsicums in the bowl then add Gram Flour, Coriander Leaves, Mix Masala, Salt & Cumin Seeds. Next, mix it all together properly same as before also add little Water then add them into the Oil for frying and your Second Bhaji is ready.
Next, Let's prepare Paneer Popcorn for which have Paneer in the Plate and marinate them. Now add Red Chilli Powder to the Paneer with Chaat Masala, Salt now mix them all together then add Refined Flour and keep it aside. In the mean time let's make the batter for the same for which add Refined Flour in the bowl with Cornflour, Salt, Water.
Next add the Paneer pieces into the batter and then into Breadcrumbs. Now fry the Coated Paneer pieces into the Oil and fry them. Your Third Bhaji is ready.
Next, let's prepare Veg Pops for which add Potatoes (boiled & mashed) in the Plate then add Capsicum (chopped), Carrot (grated), Coriander Leaves, Flattened Rice (soaked), Chilli Flakes, Mix Herbs, Black Pepper Powder, Salt & Cornflour. Next Mix it all together properly to make the round balls then mix it into the batter then Breadcrumbs and now fry them in the Oil and your Fourth and last Bhaji is ready.
