Ingredients:-
1 Cup Black Gram (Soaked)
1/2 Cup Kidney Beans (Soaked)
1/4 Cup Bengal Gram (Soaked)
4 Cups Water
2 tbsp Ghee
1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
3 Onions (Chopped)
1 tbsp Garlic paste
1 tbsp Ginger paste
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
3 Tomatoes (Chopped)
Method:-
First, you have to soak 1 cup black gram with 1/2 cup Kidney Beans and 1/4 Bengal Gram for at least 8 to 9 hours in water.
Mix them all and pour it in the cooker with 4 glass of water.
Wait till 4 whistles or 20 to 25 minutes.
After 4 whistles or 20 minutes, put it in Mild gas, then for preparing Tadka first Add Ghee, after ghee is spread in the Wok perfectly add Cumin Seeds then add Chopped Onions
Wait till it turns translucent and soft then add Garlic paste with Ginger Paste cook for few minutes and then add Red Chilli powder with Garam masala powder After some time add tomatoes, Mix them all
Then add the gravy with the tadka and wait for 30 to 45 minutes in Mild gas, After 20 minutes add some salt then again wait for 20 minutes to get it to cook.
After 20 minutes your Maa ki Dal is ready to serve.
