Learn how to make Aloo Paratha, an easy breakfast recipe with chef Seema only on Swaad Anusaar

Ingredients
- 4 boiled potatoes
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 grated ginger
- Salt to taste
- 2-3 green chillies
- Pomegranate seeds
- 1 tsp Carom seeds
- 1 tsp Red chilly powder
- 1 tsp Jeera/cumin powder
- 1 tsp dried coriander powder
- Green coriander
- Wheat flour
- White Sesame seeds
- Ghee

Method
- Mash the boiled potatoes, and add onion, ginger, salt, green chilli, Pomegranate seeds, carom seeds, red chilli powder, jeera powder, dried coriander powder and coriander to it.
- Mix everything well.
- Make a round ball out of the wheat flour and stuff it with the potato filling.
- Sprinkle some sesame seeds over it.
- Flatten it and put it on the hot pan also apply some ghee.
- Paratha is ready to be served
