Ingredients
One medium size cauliflower
One and a half onion diced
Corriander leaves
One teaspoon grated ginger
Two finely chopped green chillies
One teaspoon ajwain
One teaspoon jeera powder
One teaspoon corriander powder
Half teaspoon red chilli powder
Salt according to taste
Ghee
Wheat dough
Method
- Mix all the above ingredients for the cauliflower stuffing.
- Kneed the wheat flour without any salt or oil.
- Roll out a bowl of dough and put the cauliflower stuffing.
- Once this is done dust the stuffed dough in wheat flour and roll it out on a thickish paratha.
- Cook the paratha on a hot skillet and once the paratha is almost getting done drizzle it with ghee on both the sides to make it crisp.
