Here are the ingredients to prepare your Allahabad Ki Tehri:


- Mustard Oil

- Potatoes

- Cauliflower

- 5 Cardamom

- Pepper

- Bay Leaf

- Cinnamon Sticks

- 2 Cloves

- 2 Sliced Onions

- 1 & 1/2 tsp Chopped Garlic

- 3/4 tsp Ginger

- 1/2 tsp Chilli Powder

- 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder

- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder

- Salt To Taste

- Peas

- 2 Tomatoes

- 1 Cup Soaked Rice

- 2 Cups Water


For Garnishing:

- Coriander Leaves
