Teacher Leaves 5-Year-Old Boy in Dark Room and Forgets About Him

A teacher reportedly left a 5-year-old boy in a dark room and forgot about him.

Two parents in Caldwell, Idaho recently had a rough experience. James Cagle and his wife were terrified when their 5-year-old son did not get off of the school bus. The couple went to the elementary school and talked to a secretary.Together they found the young boy, alone in a dark room next to the kindergarten classroom.

James states “He was scared. He was crying. He had urinated on himself. You know just think about that. A five-year-old boy.” Apparently, the teacher placed the child in the room towards the end of morning kindergarten for reasons untold.
The boy stayed in the dark room for more than an hour. The school has taken disciplinary actions against the teaching official.

Earlier this year, another teacher in northwest D.C. reportedly left a toddler alone at a playground. A park attendant called police.
The boy’s father arrived to pick up his son and the daycare center took appropriate disciplinary action against the teacher.
