È per questo che Alleanza Assicurazioni ha messo in campo non solo approfondimenti quantitativi, come il nostro osservatorio, ma anche azioni concrete, prima fra tutte il tour dell'educazione finanziaria femminile”. 00:09female world, because a greater focus on these issues implies greater financial autonomy,
00:18therefore greater female empowerment and therefore greater social equity. This is why the
00:24Allianz Assicurazioni, which believes a lot in this and believes that it must act as a social role,
00:28as a private institution, let's say, flanked by the public sector, which must
00:34grow the country's system in terms of, precisely, the level of financial culture,
00:39Allianz has put in place not only these quantitative deepenings with this
00:44observatory that we promote, but also concrete actions. And on this I am pleased to
00:50mention, first of all, a tour of female financial education. We already did it
00:54last year, in 2024, with seven stages in the main Italian cities. In 2025, we are starting
01:00today with 14 stages in the largest Italian cities, where we want, let's say,
01:07on the one hand, with an event in the morning, to sensitize families and young people, because we go
01:12to schools, in collaboration with FEDUF, to talk about savings and therefore
01:18evidently basic financial concepts, also with elementary school children, so that
01:23we immediately try to nest this culture. On the other hand, in the afternoons, we organize an event
01:30dedicated to women, the financial well-being ritual, where the goal is precisely
01:34that women break the taboo and talk about money, talk to each other about money,
01:39confront each other on their experiences, on their fears and also on their own, let's say, their own
01:45areas in which they need to grow and know and know more. So I would say that certainly the theme
01:52of sensitization is also decisive for this, so I am pleased to mention a second
01:58important initiative that we are carrying out, which is a section, let's call it that,
02:01women, which we wanted to call women who speak to women, since we have 4,000
02:08financial insurance consultants throughout the national territory as an insurance alliance,
02:15and therefore we wanted these women to answer the questions, the doubts of the readers
02:20or the listeners of Italian radio stations or magazines, with, let's say, answering
02:27their own questions and therefore helping in fact to expand their knowledge and
02:33skills in this area. So we believe that this strong commitment can do,
02:38in any case, can contribute in the right direction.
