00:05Right now, there are three weather systems that are affecting the country.

00:08There is still the shear line and it is affecting the extreme northern Luzon.

00:13It is still being affected by heavy rains, floods,

00:16and scattered floods and isolated storms here in Batanes and Babuyan Islands.

00:24Meanwhile, the Intertropical Convergence Zone is also affecting Mindanao

00:28and it is still being affected by floods here in the Caraga and Davao region.

00:33Meanwhile, the Easter lease is still being affected by the remaining parts of our country.

00:39And at the moment, we are still seeing the effects of floods here in the mainland,

00:44in Isabela, Aurora, and Quezon Provinces.

00:48In the remaining parts of our country, including Metro Manila,

00:51for the time being, in the next 24 hours, it will be partly cloudy until it becomes cloudy.

00:58And there is still a possibility of heavy rains and scattered floods or isolated thunderstorms,

01:04especially in the afternoon and evening.

01:07Aside from that, we are not monitoring any typhoons inside our area of responsibility.

02:18it can be 24 to 32 degrees Celsius in Aguat.

02:21In Baguio, it is still cold, 16 to 24 degrees Celsius.

02:25In Lawag, from 24 to 32 degrees Celsius.

02:28While in Tuguegarao, from 22 to 31 degrees Celsius.

02:31In Ligasmi, it is 24 to 32 degrees Celsius.

02:41Let's move to Palawan, Kapisayaan, and Mindanao,
