00:00Good afternoon to all of us and this is an update on the weather.

00:04The shear line or the cold and hot wind that comes from the northeast and the hot wind that comes from the east or what we call the easterlies is still in effect.

00:17In the middle of this wind, there will be clouds of rain especially in the Bicol region and in Quezon.

00:30Meanwhile, the Amihan or our northeast monsoon, there will be clouds of rain this evening with low to high rainfall in Cagayan Valley, Aurora and Cordillera Administrative Region.

00:44Meanwhile, the easterlies is still in effect in Visayas and Mindanao where there will be light to moderate to the times heavy rains in the eastern Visayas.

00:56Here in Metro Manila and in other parts of Quezon, there will be clouds of rain until the sky is cloudy this evening.

01:05But in the early morning, it is still possible that there will be low rainfall in Amihan.

01:12In other parts of Visayas and Mindanao, there will be fair weather conditions this evening, partly cloudy until the sky is cloudy.

01:22But there is still a high chance of thunderstorms this evening and later tonight because of the easterlies.

01:28We are not monitoring any low pressure area or typhoon that is possible to affect our country.

01:36For tomorrow, because of the effect of the easterlies in Quezon and the whole Bicol Region,

01:46it is possible to experience a cloudy evening with heavy rains and thunderstorms.

01:55Meanwhile, because of the easterlies in Amihan, Cagayan Valley and Cordillera Administrative Region,

02:00the sky will remain cloudy tomorrow with low to moderate rainfall.

02:07But here in Metro Manila and in other parts of Quezon,

02:11it is still possible that there will be isolated light rains or low rainfall due to the easterlies.

02:21Here in Caminilaan, it is around 23°C to 31°C tomorrow.

02:26In Baguio, it is still possible that it will be 15°C to 23°C.

02:31In Tagaytay, it is around 21°C to 28°C.

02:38In Lawag, it is 23°C to 31°C.

02:41In Taguigaraw, it is still possible that it will be around 21°C to 29°C tomorrow.

02:49Meanwhile, it is around 25°C to 30°C in Legazpi City.

02:54We also went to Puerto Princesa and Calayaan Islands,

02:57where it is around 25°C to 32°C.

03:02For our countrymen in Visayas and Mindanao,

03:07we did not expect that it will rain heavily tomorrow,

03:10but we are still prepared for the possibility of thunderstorms,

03:14especially in the afternoon and evening due to the easterlies.

03:20The chances of thunderstorms are higher in the eastern Visayas, Caragas, and Davao region.

05:58in the part of Tacloban City.
