2 tsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Asafoetida
2 cups Green Amaranth Leaves (chopped)
2 cups Colocasia Leaves (chopped)
1 Whole Corn Cob (cut into pieces)
1½ cup Water
5-6 Potatoes
4 Taro Root
¼ cup Cauliflower (chopped)
½ Purple Yam (chopped)
Water (as required)
½ cup Coriander Leaves (chopped)
1 cup Fresh Coconut (grated)
8-10 Green Chillies
Water (as required)
1 Sweet Potato (chopped)
1 Carrot (chopped)
1 Brinjal (chopped & soaked)
1 Raw Banana (chopped & soaked)
50 gms Broad Beans (chopped)
50 gms Green Peas
50 gms Green Long Beans (chopped)
50 gms Cluster Beans & French Beans (chopped)
½ cup Water Add in prepared paste
Water (as required)
Salt (as per taste)
½ tsp Sugar
Juice of ½ Lemon
Fresh Coconut (grated)
Coriander Leaves (chopped)
