00:00I seek refuge with Allah from the accursed Satan, in the name of Allah, Most Gracious,
00:12Most Merciful.
00:13All praise is due to Allah, Lord of the worlds.
00:15Peace and blessings be upon the Seal of Prophets.
00:17Dear viewers, Peace be upon you.
00:18I am Shahid Masroor and the program is Roshni for All.
00:21Dear viewers, when Allah sent man to this world,
00:26He also taught man the art of living life.
00:32And the teachings that Allah sent to man,
00:37to follow those teachings,
00:40He sent the Prophets to this world
00:42so that they can follow the teachings of Allah
00:48and show how man can live his life.
00:52If you look at the life of the Akabir,
00:57the life of the Prophets,
01:04you will realize that in every aspect of their life,
01:09they have fulfilled the rights of the people of Allah.
01:14The teachings that Allah sent to us,
01:19those teachings were put in front of us
01:23for the pleasure of Allah.
01:25Allah loves his people.
01:29And this religion and Shariah is also because
01:33Allah loves his creation, his people,
01:37so those people should also love each other,
01:40with brotherhood, with love,
01:43and while thinking of each other,
01:45and while doing charity to each other,
01:47they should live their lives.
01:49That is why the world has been declared a criterion for action.
01:53The purpose of being sent here is that
01:55the actions of man have been taught to man,
01:58and his actions will decide
02:01to what extent he has lived his life.
02:04And this is the standard that man,
02:08for man, that is, for other people,
02:12while fulfilling their rights,
02:14while doing charity to them,
02:16while treating them well,
02:18he will live his life.
02:20And when a person lives his life
02:22while thinking of each other,
02:24while fulfilling the rights of each other,
02:26and while assessing the principles of humanity,
02:29the principles of religion,
02:31and while acting on them,
02:33then he himself finds peace in his life,
02:38and then he enjoys his life,
02:40and the hereafter too.
02:42Today we are talking about
02:44the rights of one Muslim over another Muslim.
02:49This is our topic for today.
02:52In today's era,
02:54although it is important in every era,
02:57but even in today's era,
02:59it is very important
03:01that we should have an idea,
03:03we should know that
03:05what are the rights of one Muslim over another Muslim,
03:08and where do we fail,
03:10where do we fail in our actions,
03:13because of which our actions also fail,
03:16and we also take the rights of others.
03:18Respected guests, please come with me.
03:21Those who are with me today,
03:23please come in this program.
03:25Light is for everyone.
03:27And as I say, we learn from them.
03:29He is a respected teacher.
03:31He is a respected teacher.
03:33And we will also learn from him on today's topic.
03:36Respected Mufti Suhail Azza Amjadi Sahib.
03:39Assalamu Alaikum.
03:40Walaikum Assalam.
03:42The second personality,
03:44respected Dr. Prof. Muhammad Ahmad Qadri Sahib.
03:47Assalamu Alaikum.
03:48Walaikum Assalam.
03:49How are you?
03:50Alhamdulillah.
03:51Sir, it is a very good topic.
03:53And we have seen that
03:55the so-called Nafsa-Nafsi,
03:57in this Nafsa-Nafsi,
03:59and there is a variety of people
04:01who are running for their interests,
04:03to move forward,
04:05to corner people and move forward.
04:07We should not think that
04:09with patience,
04:11Allah's teachings are on Allah.
04:13Our faith is that
04:15Allah has to give us
04:17what is in our destiny.
04:19We should fulfill the rights of each other
04:21so that Allah is pleased with us.
04:23The right of one Muslim
04:25to another Muslim,
04:27the performance of which
04:29is of great importance.
04:31Tell us the importance of this performance.
04:33Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim.
04:35Allahumma salli ala Muhammadin
04:37wa ala alihi wa sahbihi
04:39wa barik wa sallim.
04:41See, in the Quran and Hadith,
04:43not once,
04:45but many times,
04:47these insistences have been made.
04:49For example,
04:51you see that
04:53where Allah has given the command
04:55to worship only Allah,
04:57then along with that,
04:59wa bil balideen ihsana
05:01wa bil qurba wal yatama
05:03wal masakeen
05:05wa quloo linnasi husna
05:07to do good to parents,
05:09and to show mercy
05:11to loved ones,
05:13to help orphans,
05:15to help the needy,
05:17to help whoever
05:19has a question.
05:21And to always
05:23treat people well.
05:25To say good things.
05:27In the same way,
05:29you see in Surah Baqarah,
05:31and especially
05:33this is for those
05:35who say,
05:37just do Allah,
05:39sit in the mosque,
05:41pray, give zakat,
05:43do hajj, fast in Ramadan.
05:45This is enough.
05:47Allah says,
05:49laisal birra antu walloo wajuhakum
05:51qibal al mashriqi wal maghribi
05:53This is good,
05:55but it is not only good
05:57that you turn to the east
05:59or the west
06:01and do some worship
06:03or do good.
06:05Allah says,
06:07walaqinnal birra
06:09man aamana billahi wal yaumil aakhir
06:11wa aqamas salah wa aataz zakah
06:13Allah says,
06:15it is also good
06:17that you believe in Allah
06:19and the Day of Judgement.
06:21Do hajj, pray,
06:23and also,
06:25wa aatal maala
06:27ala hubbihi dhabil qurba
06:29wal yatama wal masakeen
06:31wab nis sabeel
06:33Here again, the rights of the people are mentioned.
06:35So remember,
06:37Islam is the completion
06:39of the rights of Allah
06:41and the rights of the people.
06:43This is what it tells us.
06:45Leave one side,
06:47accept the other side,
06:49complete Islam is not.
06:51Accept the other side,
06:53leave one side,
06:55complete Islam is not.
06:57Complete Islam is this.
06:59Now you see,
07:01the rights of humans,
07:03Islam has also mentioned this.
07:05The rights of animals on humans,
07:07animals do not have the ability
07:09to think and understand.
07:11So it says, the rights of humans
07:13on animals,
07:15it is mentioned in great detail.
07:17If we limit it a little,
07:19then the rights of Muslims
07:21on Muslims,
07:23this is of great importance.
07:25If we just do this today,
07:27then we will understand
07:29what humanity is.
07:31For example,
07:33Prophet Muhammad PBUH said,
07:35Look, the first thing,
07:37fa'atu kulla dhi haqqin haqqa
07:39Give the right of every righteous
07:41to the rightful.
07:43Right?
07:45If you go beyond this hadith,
07:47kullukum ra'in
07:49wa kullukum mas'oolun
07:51ar-ra'iyati
07:53Every one of you is responsible
07:55and every one of you
07:57will be questioned
07:59about his responsibility.
08:01There is a mention of the ruler,
08:03a mention of the father,
08:05a mention of the wife,
08:07a mention of the husband,
08:09a mention of the wife,
08:11a mention of the children.
08:13What is the whole issue?
08:15The doctor has come here,
08:17he travels the world,
08:19he has to go to the world.
08:21The whole issue is this.
08:23Give us our rights.
08:25Banners are put up,
08:27there is a protest.
08:29Give us our rights.
08:31Islam says,
08:33Give us our rights.
08:35They say, take it.
08:37If you see,
08:39if in Islam,
08:41there were those who gave zakat,
08:43those who took zakat were finished.
08:45There will be no one to take,
08:47every one will be giving.
08:49Huzoor, Nabi Kareem A.S.
08:51apparently,
08:53these are very common things,
08:55but see their importance in Islam.
08:57He says, Muslims have
08:59five rights.
09:01Yadid-e-Pak is in Bukhari,
09:03in Muslim, in Abu Dawood,
09:05and its narrator
09:07is Sauban A.S.
09:09He says,
09:11when Muslims meet each other,
09:13if they greet each other,
09:15answer them,
09:17this is their right on you.
09:19In the same way,
09:21if someone is common or special,
09:23poor or rich,
09:25if he invites you,
09:27accept his invitation.
09:29It is not that he is accepting
09:31the invitation of the rich,
09:33he is forcibly inviting them,
09:35and if he invites the poor,
09:37accept his invitation.
09:39If there is an excuse,
09:41present it.
09:43The third right,
09:45when he sneezes,
09:47say Alhamdulillah,
09:49this is a very common thing.
09:51In response, say Yirhamukallah.
09:53This is the third right of a Muslim.
09:55The fourth right,
09:57when a patient falls ill,
09:59how many places do we go today?
10:01We don't go, right?
10:03Leave it, I don't have time.
10:05And when he passes away,
10:07take his funeral and go with him.
10:09These are the five rights.
10:11And apart from this,
10:13a Sahabi says,
10:15this is also a Hadith of Bukhari Muslim.
10:17He says, state the seven rights.
10:19The fifth is this,
10:21and the sixth is this,
10:23when you take an oath,
10:25fulfill it.
10:27And the seventh is this,
10:29if you see a victim,
10:31help him.
10:33Start making clips,
10:35leave him,
10:37first help him.
10:39The rest of the work will continue,
10:41it is not necessary,
10:43first help him.
10:45These are the rights of Muslims.
10:47And what is Haram?
10:49Every Muslim has three things that are Haram.
10:51His blood is Haram,
10:53his wealth and his honour.
10:55The way you protect your blood,
10:57the way you protect your wealth,
10:59the way you protect your honour,
11:01the way you take care of your honour,
11:03know him the same way.
11:05Amazing.
11:07What a beautiful religion.
11:09Sir, Doctor, with your permission,
11:11we will go on a break.
11:13We will come again,
11:15and discuss this beautiful topic.
11:17Ladies and gentlemen,
11:19light for everyone,
11:21and today is a very beautiful topic.
11:23The rights of one Muslim to another.
11:25And we have seen
11:27that in today's time,
11:29this is the biggest problem.
11:31As Mufti Sohail Azam Jadid Sahib
11:33was saying,
11:35if you see people protesting all over the world,
11:37they are protesting for their rights.
11:39When we talk about rights,
11:41it is very important
11:43that when we consider it our duty
11:45to fulfil the rights of others,
11:47and fulfill our duties,
11:49then there is no guarantee
11:51that we have not fulfilled
11:53the rights of others.
11:55Now,
11:57I would like to ask
11:59respected Doctor Professor
12:01Mohammad Ahmad Qadhi Sahib,
12:03Sir,
12:05it is also the right of one Muslim
12:07to wish for the well-being
12:09of another Muslim.
12:11So, what is the need for this?
12:13The need and the importance,
12:15please tell us, Sir.
12:17I seek refuge with Allah from Satan, the accursed.
12:19In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful.
12:21To Allah we belong and to Him shall we return.
12:23To the Beloved, the Best of all Creation.
12:25To Allah we belong and to Him shall we return.
12:27To the Beloved, the Best of all Creation.
12:29To Allah we belong and to Him shall we return.
12:31To the Beloved, the Best of all Creation.
12:33Mufti Suhail Azamzadeh,
12:35our brother,
12:37has stated
12:39in a very beautiful way
12:41that what is the concept of the right,
12:43and what is the relationship
12:45between the fundamental nature
12:47of this right.
12:51Today's world
12:53uses
12:55fundamental rights.
12:57Fundamental rights.
12:59Fundamental rights.
13:01And the western world's
13:03political,
13:05economic, and social
13:07structure is based on that.
13:09That's right.
13:11People don't understand that the fundamental rights
13:13on which all this is based
13:15is actually the gift of religion
13:17which was given to humans.
13:19And when humans
13:21forgot about it,
13:23or when they removed its bricks,
13:25because these are gold bricks,
13:27when they removed them and started
13:29demolishing that building,
13:31Allah through His Prophets and Messengers
13:33renovated it,
13:35and through His revelation,
13:37protected it.
13:39Why? Because the human
13:41was not sent just to
13:43live in a big house.
13:45Rather,
13:47keeping in mind the relationship
13:49between the human and the society,
13:51it was revealed that
13:53if you kill one person,
13:55you kill the whole society
13:57and the society and the people.
13:59So now, in this whole
14:01situation,
14:03the question arises,
14:05now we use the term
14:07rights and duties,
14:09now the western world has changed
14:11into rights and responsibilities.
14:13So duties is a vast concept
14:15of responsibilities.
14:17And those who know this,
14:19they also know that
14:21the legal rights,
14:23political rights,
14:25international rights,
14:27social rights,
14:29and even the human relations
14:31with each other,
14:33the rights of each other in
14:35state courts,
14:37all of them were defined by international law.
14:39And the Prophet of Allah
14:41in the sermon of Hijratul Wada,
14:43explained all of these
14:45that no one can state before you,
14:47no one can state after you.
14:49And today, the Human Rights
14:51Charter of the Prophet of Allah is the same.
14:53Everything is the same.
14:55Now see, the Human Rights Charter
14:57that is being stated,
14:59and before this,
15:01the League of Nations
15:03is talking about
15:05the fundamental rights
15:07that people will get the right of employment,
15:09this and that,
15:11that is, they have incorporated
15:13in international law.
15:15Now what is there in that?
15:17For example,
15:19you make NGOs.
15:21So what is the fundamental purpose of an NGO?
15:23It is a non-governmental organization,
15:25or a non-profit organization,
15:27or 501c3 status in America,
15:29or in other places where you are making institutions.
15:31Its fundamental purpose is that
15:33an individual should be presented
15:35as a custodian of individual rights
15:37through the theory of individualism.
15:39That you have made this agreement
15:41that I will accept
15:43its rights,
15:45and in return,
15:47it will take care of my fundamental rights
15:49and will share my responsibilities
15:51with me.
15:53And we will give the best society.
15:55The societies that acted on this,
15:57they went ahead.
15:59But the secret of the development
16:01of today's western society is that
16:03which could not be solved by philosophers
16:05and could not be solved by philosophers,
16:07that secret has also been revealed
16:09between the Muslims and the Ansar.
16:11And then,
16:13the Holy Prophet, peace be upon him,
16:15through charity and charity,
16:17those verses of the Qur'an,
16:19which the Mufti has also pointed out,
16:21there is an order of destination
16:23and an order of society.
16:25And according to Shah Waliullah
16:27that if these orders are removed,
16:29then the religion will end,
16:31the society will end,
16:33morality will end,
16:35to the extent that a person
16:37who steals from the rights of others
16:39and commits mass murders,
16:41thinks that he has achieved his rights
16:43through tyranny.
16:45And today's society, Shahid Bhai,
16:47that society,
16:49on the basis of our
16:51authoritarian school of authority,
16:53on the basis of distance from spirituality,
16:55that origin,
16:57that center,
16:59that beauty,
17:01that fragrance,
17:03has kept it away from itself.
17:05That those Arabs,
17:07barefoot,
17:09are trampled under their feet.
17:11But today,
17:13you have everything,
17:15but due to the lack of Islamic identity,
17:17you are not able to feel
17:19the fundamental rights
17:21in your own society,
17:23nor are you able to fulfill
17:25the fundamental responsibilities,
17:27which are called basic rights and responsibilities.
17:29You are children,
17:31you are not able to learn the Qur'an properly.
17:33Your daughters and sisters are at home.
17:35If we do not keep them with
17:37strictness and
17:39humiliation,
17:41I am not talking about everyone,
17:43but most of the time,
17:45then we think that we are not men.
17:47And in education,
17:49I am saying this with your full responsibility,
17:51that all the universities of the Islamic nation,
17:53which come under international credentials
17:55and standards,
17:57your Islamic state,
17:59your universities,
18:01where are Farabi, Ghazali, Mawardi,
18:03Kindi and Sina,
18:05whose references were given by
18:07Ibn Rushd in the past.
18:09Today,
18:11you are going around with a bowl,
18:13you are not able to fulfill the rights of knowledge,
18:15neither of a Madrasa, nor of a teacher,
18:17nor of a student, nor of a parent.
18:19And by saying,
18:21Wa bil Walidin-e-Ehsanat,
18:23you take your parents with tenderness,
18:25with good treatment,
18:27you do not let them enter
18:29and you throw them out.
18:31You do not look back and see
18:33what is the right of your parents on you.
18:35And then you say,
18:37may Allah be pleased with me,
18:39may the Prophet be pleased with me.
18:41And one night,
18:43people go to the graveyard once a year,
18:45and how do they go?
18:47They are looking for their mother and father's grave.
18:49You, Hazrat Qibla,
18:51the signs you have given,
18:53this is a very basic sign,
18:55that you are not recognizing the rights of the living,
18:57and sometimes you recognize us,
18:59and sometimes you recognize others.
19:01Sir, there are many times
19:03when we do not fulfill our duty,
19:05when we do not take care of the rights of others.
19:07And in the world,
19:09we see this a lot.
19:11There is a very basic thing,
19:13which is our society,
19:15and the gatherings with society,
19:17in relation to meeting each other,
19:19that if you meet someone,
19:21then it is also your right
19:23to greet him.
19:25You had said in your speech,
19:27to greet and also to greet.
19:29In both religious and worldly terms,
19:31tell us the advantages
19:33and disadvantages of this.
19:35Dr. Qibla,
19:37you have said
19:39very good things.
19:41You have given a good explanation.
19:43I am only presenting
19:45a comparison here,
19:47and the purpose
19:49is not to criticize anyone at all.
19:51When a person
19:53meets someone,
19:55he expresses
19:57his good wishes.
19:59If you look at it,
20:01he will say good morning,
20:03in the evening,
20:05good evening,
20:07in the night,
20:09good night,
20:11Namaste, Namaskar,
20:13Satsriyakaal,
20:15there are different words.
20:17You see,
20:19Allah's followers,
20:21the followers of Prophet Muhammad,
20:23when they meet each other,
20:25they say,
20:27Afshu Salama,
20:29greet him.
20:31Do you recognize someone
20:33or not?
20:35Whether he is young or old,
20:37greet him.
20:39Now, what does Salam mean?
20:41Assalamu Alaikum,
20:43I greet you.
20:45There are better words,
20:47if you pick up a dictionary,
20:49better words
20:51cannot be found
20:53at the beginning of a meeting.
20:55You said Assalamu Alaikum,
20:57the answer came later,
20:59Wa Alaikumussalam,
21:01Salam to you,
21:03Salam to you too.
21:05You said Assalamu Alaikum,
21:07Wa Alaikumussalam,
21:09Wa Alaikumussalam,
21:11Salam to you,
21:13Allah's mercy,
21:15blessings,
21:17there are better words too.
21:19There was a person
21:21in the court of Prophet Muhammad,
21:23he greeted someone,
21:25Assalamu Alaikum,
21:27he said,
21:2920 good deeds for you.
21:31He replied,
21:3320 good deeds.
21:35Then someone replied,
21:37Wa Alaikumussalam,
21:39Wa Rahmatullah,
21:4130 good deeds for you.
21:43Someone said,
21:4540 good deeds for you.
21:47Salam is a Sunnah,
21:49but it is a must to answer.
21:51It is a right.
21:53You greeted,
21:55now answer.
21:57The one who greets
21:59has a higher rank,
22:01his good deeds are also higher,
22:03because he did it first.
22:05We say, why should I do it first,
22:07I am older, he is younger,
22:09I am in a higher position,
22:11he is my servant.
22:13This is the Sunnah of the Prophet,
22:15to greet first.
22:17Now,
22:19If you greet,
22:21then greet better than it,
22:23and respond to it.
22:25Islam does not leave anyone's favours.
22:27It says, when you greet,
22:29in response to someone's greeting,
22:31it says,
22:33then greet better than it,
22:35and respond to it,
22:37and respond to it better than it.
22:39It means,
22:41it says,
22:45but,
22:47if you cannot do it,
22:49then greet better than it,
22:51and respond to it better than it.
22:53It is better to greet more.
22:55Like I said,
22:57Some people say,
22:59it means,
23:01you are destroyed,
23:03you are dead.
23:05It means,
23:07but,
23:09it means,
23:15it is a custom.
23:17My Prophet,
23:19said,
23:21when a Sahabi said,
23:23O Messenger of Allah,
23:25tell us the best thing about Islam.
23:27He said,
23:29where you see hunger,
23:31feed it.
23:33Many people have this habit,
23:35they greet their friends,
23:37or when they go to work,
23:39they greet everyone in the office.
23:41When they come to business,
23:43they greet everyone there,
23:45but they do not greet at home.
23:47The Holy Quran says,
23:53These are blessed words.
23:55When you enter a house,
23:57still greet.
23:59If it is an empty house,
24:01greet there also.
24:03Many people have this habit,
24:05give and take.
24:07God forbid,
24:09if you do not get an answer,
24:11you have a bad conscience.
24:13When you enter a house,
24:15greet three times.
24:17If you do not get an answer,
24:19leave without a bad conscience.
24:21Do not have a bad conscience.
24:23You may be helpless.
24:25But you should greet.
24:27If someone asks,
24:29not me,
24:31but many others,
24:33I think,
24:39Two Muslims,
24:41before meeting each other,
24:43they are greeting each other.
24:45They are sending blessings of Allah.
24:47They are exchanging forgiveness.
24:49Tell me,
24:51where will be the enmity?
24:53Where will be the enmity?
24:55The blessings of Allah will be revealed.
24:57A Waqfah is present.
24:59Stay with us.
25:01Ladies and gentlemen,
25:03for Roshni,
25:05this is the third and final segment
25:07of today's program.
25:09Today's topic is very beautiful.
25:11The right of one Muslim
25:13to another Muslim.
25:15The mutual rights of one another.
25:17We are discussing this topic.
25:19When we went to the Waqfah,
25:21respected Mufti Suhail Azam Jadid
25:23told us in great detail
25:25the right of one Muslim
25:27to greet another Muslim
25:29We also saw that
25:31most of us
25:33don't know how to greet.
25:35We don't know how to write Salam.
25:37Respected Doctor,
25:39you were telling
25:41that people write Islam
25:43instead of Salam.
25:45The way Abdul Salam is written,
25:47the scene after Alif Laam
25:49is renewed.
25:51Remember that Salam is
25:53Assalamu Alaikum.
25:55Khalil Salam,
25:57Assalamu Alaikum,
25:59Walaikum Assalam.
26:01So,
26:03Salam is
26:05taught to the children.
26:07Sir, there is one more right.
26:09Do they shake hands from a distance?
26:11Yes, sir.
26:13You mentioned
26:15the vowels.
26:17A, O, A.
26:19We have shortened it.
26:21We have made it short.
26:23Anyway,
26:25one should pass
26:27their education, culture,
26:29and culture.
26:31Sir, I was saying
26:33that there is one more right.
26:35We talked about the rights
26:37of five and seven
26:39Muslims.
26:41It was also mentioned
26:43that it is the right
26:45of a sick person
26:47to visit another sick person.
26:49It is the right of one Muslim
26:51to visit another Muslim.
26:53Now, tell me,
26:55what is the way
26:57and what should be taken care of
26:59in the present time
27:01if you go to visit someone?
27:03One thing is that Islam
27:05is a fundamental moral
27:07practice.
27:09Now, you have reached the time
27:11of saying that I have come
27:13to visit.
27:15After doing all the work of the
27:17world, when you got free,
27:19you thought to give some time
27:21to the world.
27:23If we have relations in the past,
27:25then maybe it will be useful
27:27in the future also.
27:29This is the way.
27:31Relieving the burden.
27:33It is not the name of relieving
27:35the burden,
27:37but it is the name of
27:39the realization of the relationship
27:41or in the right meaning
27:43of the relationship.
27:45The answer to those
27:47who relieve the burden
27:49is the meaning of
27:51the hadith.
27:53When a person
27:55goes out in the morning
27:57and visits someone,
27:59then Allah has
28:01commanded the angels
28:03to pray for his forgiveness
28:05till the evening.
28:07Till the evening,
28:09that Allah,
28:11this morning and night
28:13is for the visit of a person.
28:15What is the reward of every good deed?
28:17You went for 5 or 10 minutes,
28:19you made a decision.
28:21Similarly, when a person
28:23makes a decision and
28:25goes in the evening,
28:27then Allah prays for his
28:29forgiveness till the morning.
28:31So this is the matter.
28:33For the one who makes a decision.
28:35And in the Holy Quran,
28:37there are many places,
28:39many delicate issues,
28:41there is a problem of the patient also.
28:43And today,
28:45we are living in a world
28:47where the most busy person
28:49does not have time.
28:51He has time to sit on the internet,
28:53he has time to roam around,
28:55he has time to eat fast food,
28:57he has time to chat,
28:59he has time for the whole world.
29:01He has time to waste.
29:03Yes.
29:05He has time to waste.
29:07Yes.
29:09But he does not have time for this work.
29:11Then one more thing,
29:13we have a saying,
29:15Allah forgive us,
29:17Allah gives life to everyone.
29:19There is a disease of AIDS,
29:21if I go to him,
29:23what if I get infected?
29:25That person is dying of cancer.
29:27See, I am talking about
29:29a very serious disease.
29:31What if I talk to him,
29:33what if he has a fever from his mouth,
29:35what if I get
29:37medically affected,
29:39what if I get any other disease,
29:41it would be better
29:43if I make an excuse
29:45that I cannot come these days,
29:47I am sick, I am not in the city,
29:49I am out, I am here and there.
29:51Then he says,
29:53that hospital is so far,
29:55who will go so far
29:57to get his treatment.
29:59Whereas in Islam,
30:01the further you go for treatment,
30:03the more rewards you will get.
30:05What a great thing.
30:07Think about it,
30:09I have seen that
30:11you are making excuses
30:13to go for treatment
30:15for a sick person.
30:17God forbid,
30:19what if this happens to you?
30:21Who will come to treat you?
30:23You are right.
30:25And today,
30:27you are afraid to shake hands with a patient.
30:29It is medically correct.
30:31So, use that liquid.
30:33If you have a doubt,
30:35that if you shake hands,
30:37then from a medical point of view,
30:39you should be careful.
30:41You can be careful
30:43and save yourself.
30:45But to say,
30:47that if I go there,
30:49this will happen,
30:51that will happen,
30:53there is not enough time
30:55to reach the ICU,
30:57then I will not be able to see him,
30:59I will come back.
31:01No, God is giving you a reward,
31:03whether you can meet him or not,
31:05Our Prophet, peace be upon him,
31:07treated his companions
31:09in such a way,
31:11that he treated his companions
31:13more than his family.
31:15And by troubling himself
31:17in their problems,
31:19he has shown the right of a believer
31:21to a believer.
31:23Subhanallah.
31:25Sir, if someone has left this world,
31:27gone to his master,
31:29and has to go for his treatment,
31:31then the method of treatment,
31:33what is that,
31:35and what are its etiquettes,
31:37tell us that.
31:39One thing is that,
31:41when Dr. Kibla was speaking,
31:43and I said a few things,
31:45the essence of it is that,
31:47after someone's death,
31:49or after someone's death,
31:51to describe his virtues,
31:53this was like this,
31:55this was like that,
31:57I will do this to my father,
31:59the world will keep watching.
32:01You have not valued in the world,
32:03you have not fulfilled the rights
32:05in the world,
32:07and to show people,
32:09our Allama Abdul Mustafa Azari,
32:11peace be upon him,
32:13what was his saying,
32:15he used to say that,
32:17to say peace be upon him,
32:19one has to die.
32:21So the purpose of saying this is
32:23to value in life,
32:25to value in life,
32:27the rest will keep happening.
32:29Taziyyat is,
32:31after someone's death,
32:33to go to his relatives,
32:35to pray for his forgiveness,
32:37to encourage them to be patient,
32:39this is taziyyat.
32:41Taziyyat can be done
32:43before burial,
32:45but it is better
32:47to do it after burial.
32:49Taziyyat is,
32:51after someone's death,
32:53for three days.
32:55Islam has taken care of this.
32:57Islam has taken care of this.
32:59Islam has not only taken care
33:01of the living,
33:03if someone dies,
33:05he should be taziyyat,
33:07he should be cremated,
33:09that he has the right
33:11of the deceased.
33:13Now many people
33:15do taziyyat,
33:17once they go and
33:19do taziyyat,
33:21then they go again
33:23and do taziyyat,
33:25yes, you were out of the country,
33:27you could not go,
33:29you came later and left,
33:31or he was somewhere else,
33:33he came, he was not present,
33:35he left later,
33:37but if you are present at the same place,
33:39then it is better to do taziyyat
33:41three days before,
33:43and it is better
33:45to do taziyyat at the funeral.
33:47Now that taziyyat,
33:49that many people
33:51in the graveyard,
33:53yes,
33:55it should be avoided.
33:57The second thing I said,
33:59do not do it again and again,
34:01and pray,
34:09it means that
34:11what he took for Allah,
34:13and what he gave for him,
34:15everything has a fixed time,
34:17so you should pray,
34:23this is also a fixed prayer,
34:25which is also in the Holy Quran,
34:27and this prayer that I have read,
34:29it is in the Hadith Kareemah,
34:31so he says,
34:33that this is also patience,
34:35Allah the Lord of the worlds
34:37also relieves sorrow.
34:39So in the same way,
34:41there is one more thing here,
34:43that the one who does taziyyat,
34:45should go and do taziyyat like this,
34:47and the one who is being taziyyat,
34:49and try that many of his relatives,
34:51who have many children,
34:53and all the men,
34:55all the men,
34:57all those who are gathered,
34:59should do taziyyat,
35:01it should not be that one's sorrow
35:03is taken away,
35:05everyone should do taziyyat,
35:07and encourage everyone to be patient,
35:09this is the etiquette.
35:11MashaAllah.
35:13Sir, I can ask a question,
35:15that in the graveyards,
35:17we have seen that
35:19taziyyat will not come under oppression,
35:21it will come,
35:23in the graveyard,
35:25there are worldly matters,
35:27there are business matters,
35:29everything is happening,
35:31it is better to do taziyyat,
35:33and whatever you have to read,
35:35you have to read,
35:37and after that,
35:39you can leave from there,
35:41there is no harm in embracing,
35:43but we should do taziyyat
35:45in a dignified manner,
35:47and Allah will give you the dress
35:49of that dignity on the Day of Resurrection.
35:51SubhanAllah.
35:53Thank you very much,
35:55respected Mufti Suheil Azam Jadid,
35:57respected Dr. Prof. Muhammad Ahmad Qadri,
35:59dear viewers,
36:01we have discussed a few topics,
36:03the whole life of a human being
36:05is in the sphere of rights and duties,
36:07the religion has given us
36:09a complete constitution,
36:11in the form of the Holy Quran,
36:13and in the form of the Holy Prophet,
36:15and Allah has bestowed upon us
36:17the best example of good deeds,
36:19and this is a great favour of Allah upon us.
36:21Now try to live your life
36:23in accordance with the Quran,
36:25Hadith and Sunnah,
36:27and see how peace and tranquillity
36:29comes into your life,
36:31and how you enjoy living your life,
36:33and with this tranquillity,
36:35you are also assured that
36:37Allah will give you the dress
36:39of that dignity on the Day of Resurrection.
36:41Fulfil the rights of people,
36:43treat people with love,
36:45this is love,
36:47and this is humanity.
36:49Remember this in your prayers.
36:51Allah Hafiz.
