00:00As-salamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu.
00:13I am your host Sumair Ahmed and the program is being presented to you by Roshni for All.
00:31Certainly, when a guest comes to our house, a special guest comes to our house, then a
00:36very special preparation is made for him.
00:40The house is also cleaned, decorated and decorated.
00:43The clothes are also worn well.
00:45The house is adorned with fragrance.
00:47Why?
00:48Because a special guest is coming.
00:50And then if it is found that the special guest who is coming is bringing with him gifts and
00:56gifts are also very special.
00:58He is bringing very special gifts.
01:00Then the standard of our preparation is something else.
01:03The standard goes very high.
01:05The guests who come to our house should be very happy with us.
01:12They should be very happy with us.
01:14And on the other hand, they should give us all the special gifts they have brought.
01:19This month of Ramadan is also the month of Allah, the Lord of Glory.
01:24He is a guest from Allah and a special guest.
01:27When he comes, then certainly the servants of God try to follow all the protocols and
01:34requirements.
01:35They try to fulfill all the protocols and requirements.
01:38They try to welcome the beloved guest of Allah in the coming month of Ramadan.
01:43And they try to fulfill all the requirements in such a way that the beloved guest of Allah
01:49in the coming month of Ramadan is pleased with us.
01:52And with him, this is not a free gift from Allah.
01:55Because he is a special guest.
01:57So he brings with him very special, very special, very great gifts.
02:02So may Allah welcome him in such a way.
02:06May Allah arrange everything in such a way.
02:08May Allah follow all the protocols in such a way day and night of this month.
02:12So that he brings with him all the great gifts.
02:15Whether they are gifts of mercy, blessings, forgiveness, or from the fire of hell.
02:21May Allah put all those gifts in our bag in this beautiful month.
02:27So when he comes, then it is very important to know how the followers will meet the Ummah.
02:33What are those requirements?
02:34What are the Shariah commands?
02:35What are the bright teachings of the Qur'an and Sunnah?
02:37That in the way in which the beloved guest of Allah is welcome in this month,
02:42he should be able to fulfill that right.
02:44And then in this month, in the way of fasting,
02:47he should be able to fulfill that right.
02:49In recitation of the Qur'an and in Qiyam.
02:52May our lovely month of Ramadan pass.
02:54To know all these things, to have a research-based, reference-based conversation,
03:00two different people of ARYQ TV,
03:03Mashallah, such personalities,
03:05whose conversations you keep listening to,
03:08like and benefit from.
03:10The bright teachings of the Qur'an and Sunnah,
03:13these two great personalities are arranging to reach your hearts.
03:17Your effort is to follow them,
03:21and try to enlighten your world and the hereafter.
03:24Both are bright faces and both are the coolness of our eyes,
03:27the crown of our heads.
03:29The first personality is Hazrat Allama Mawlana Mufti Muhammad Suheil Adhamzadi.
03:33Assalamualaikum.
03:34Waalaikumussalam.
03:35May Allah's mercy and blessings be upon you.
03:36May Allah bless you.
03:37And with you, the second personality,
03:39you too are not dependent on any introduction.
03:41The scholar, Hazrat Allama Mawlana Mufti Muhammad Ahsan Naveed Niyazi.
03:46Assalamualaikum.
03:47Waalaikumussalam.
03:48May Allah's mercy and blessings be upon you.
03:49May Allah bless you too.
03:50JazakAllah Khaira.
03:51The first question is a very relevant question.
03:54People are very curious to know,
03:58that in this Ummah,
04:00like Ramadan is a very holy month,
04:04and it has a protocol,
04:05it has a lot of requirements,
04:06it has a lot of respect,
04:07so in the previous Ummah,
04:09does Ramadan have the same importance
04:11and is considered holy in the same way?
04:13Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim.
04:17Allahumma salli ala sayyidina wa maulana Muhammadin wa ala alihi wa sahbihi wa barik wa sallim.
04:25Look, there are two things.
04:27One is that,
04:28was fasting related to the previous Ummah or not?
04:36And what was the relation of the month of Ramadan?
04:38Or was the month of Ramadan only for this Ummah,
04:42or did Allah give this month of Ramadan for the sake of His Beloved?
04:49What is the matter?
04:50Look, if you think about it,
04:53all the religions, all the sects,
04:56fasting has been known in all of them.
04:59Not the month of Ramadan.
05:00Right.
05:01Fasting has been known.
05:03That is, among the ancient Greeks,
05:05Egyptians, Romans, Hindus,
05:08among all of them,
05:10fasting was present in some form or the other.
05:12Right.
05:13The forms and types can be different,
05:17but fasting has been present fundamentally.
05:20Right.
05:21All the Gospels,
05:23the days of the Gospels or the Gospels,
05:25there is also a description of fasting.
05:29Right.
05:30In the Torah,
05:31there is also a description of fasting.
05:33Right.
05:34When Moses himself, peace and blessings be upon him,
05:37when he came to the Mount of Olives to speak to Allah,
05:41when he came to the Garden of Eden,
05:44he fasted for forty days.
05:46Allahu Akbar.
05:47This is a true example.
05:49Then we find that
05:51to remember the destruction of Jerusalem,
05:54the Jews also used to fast for a week at that time.
06:00The purpose of saying this is that
06:02if we look back in the past,
06:05then fasting has been present in every Ummah,
06:07in every religion.
06:08It has been present in some form or the other.
06:10There is no such existence of Ramadan.
06:12Now, since we see that
06:15all the heavenly books,
06:19the four famous ones,
06:21are the Psalms,
06:23the Torah,
06:24the Gospels,
06:25and the Holy Qur'an.
06:26Right.
06:27We do get the relation that
06:30all these four books were revealed in the month of Ramadan.
06:34Allahu Akbar.
06:35Subhan Allah.
06:36From the 23rd, 24th, and 25th,
06:39the Psalms, the Torah, and the Gospels were revealed in these nights.
06:44And in the night of Qadr,
06:47Allah the Almighty revealed the Holy Qur'an
06:50to the heavens and to the earth through the iron.
06:54And then it was revealed gradually for 23 years.
06:59It was completed in 23 years.
07:01Now, let's go to the verse of the Holy Qur'an,
07:04verse number 185.
07:07The month of Ramadan in which the Qur'an was revealed.
07:11Subhan Allah.
07:12The month of Ramadan in which the Qur'an was revealed.
07:15Now, if we see that
07:17the honor that was given to the month of Ramadan
07:19was due to the Qur'an.
07:21Allahu Akbar.
07:22And in that era, the Psalms, Torah, and the Gospels
07:26were revealed in the month of Ramadan.
07:28So, now we will say that
07:30we don't get the mention of the month of Ramadan.
07:32So, the beginning of Hijri, the year of Hijri,
07:35was given to Prophet Muhammad
07:37when he came to Madina Munawwara.
07:39Since then, the names of the months have been given.
07:42Like Muharram, Safar,
07:44all these names were given at that time.
07:47Similarly, if you take January, February,
07:49March, April,
07:51these were also given later.
07:53This is the same calendar.
07:54This is the same calendar.
07:55This is the calendar of Prophet Jesus,
07:57which is called the AD, after death.
08:01Before that too, there was a calendar.
08:04So, when the Psalms were revealed,
08:06when the Torah was revealed,
08:08when the Gospels were revealed,
08:09then it is possible that in that era,
08:12the calendar had a different name.
08:14But it was the month of Ramadan.
08:16The month of Ramadan in which the Qur'an was revealed
08:20because the biggest introduction of Ramadan is that
08:23the Qur'an was revealed in it.
08:25So, fasting was in all the ummahs,
08:27in all the religions.
08:29But the special month of Ramadan,
08:31by giving force,
08:33by giving force, as it was said,
08:35the special month of Ramadan
08:37and its virtues, its blessings,
08:40if it was given to someone in this way,
08:42then it was only given to the Ummah of Muhammad.
08:45You see that in the month of Ramadan,
08:47if you do a voluntary work,
08:50then it is equal to fardh.
08:52If you do fardh, then Allah Almighty
08:54rewards you with seventy obligations.
08:56If you reduce the work of a slave,
08:59then Allah Almighty's beloved Prophet,
09:01peace be upon him, promises forgiveness.
09:03If you fast, then sins are forgiven.
09:06Before iftar, the smell of the faster's mouth
09:11he does not like it himself.
09:14He himself wants to know what has happened.
09:16But Allah Almighty's beloved Prophet says
09:19that Allah Almighty likes that fragrance
09:21more than the fragrance of musk.
09:23And you see how he explains to his people,
09:26that
09:31Ayat number 183 of Surah Baqarah,
09:33that the believers fasted on you,
09:35just as they fasted on the previous ummahs.
09:38That is, for example,
09:40if you fast in ordinary days,
09:42no one must have fasted,
09:44then it becomes a little heavy for you.
09:46It is not so heavy in the month of Ramadan,
09:48everyone has fasted.
09:50If you come in any difficulty,
09:52and no one else has that difficulty,
09:54then that difficulty increases.
09:56And if someone else is also involved in that difficulty,
09:58then the difficulty becomes lighter.
10:00So Allah Almighty says that
10:02the previous ummahs were also responsible for you.
10:04Just like a mother explains to her child,
10:06son, read it now, you will get success later.
10:08Work a little, it will be done later.
10:10Now you are sick, fast.
10:13Allah Almighty says to His beloved ummah,
10:15that the previous ummahs were also responsible for you,
10:17so that you may adopt righteousness.
10:19But I will definitely say this at the end,
10:21that there are so many blessings,
10:23so many virtues,
10:25that Allah's mercy is pouring down.
10:27This fast, the fast of the month of Ramadan,
10:29has not been given to anyone else in this way.
10:31Allah Akbar.
10:33Viewers, how many blessings
10:35Allah Almighty has bestowed on us,
10:37how many blessings
10:39Allah Almighty has bestowed on us,
10:41how many examples should be presented,
10:43how many conversations the Mufti has had,
10:45surely a believer should think
10:47that how many magnitudes
10:49these fasts come with,
10:51how many blessings,
10:53how many rewards they bring with them,
10:55that a fast-giver,
10:57may Allah Almighty like him so much,
10:59that he himself does not like it.
11:01Why? Because it is hot, thirsty,
11:03no matter how hungry he is,
11:05but he is not going towards water,
11:07nor is he going towards food.
11:09If a lover,
11:11is hungry, then he is hungry.
11:13If he is thirsty, then he is thirsty.
11:15Then how unfortunate,
11:17how unfortunate it is for those people,
11:19that with so many rewards
11:21these fasts come,
11:23and still a person,
11:25without any excuse,
11:27leaves the blessing of fasting.
11:29What promises are given on this,
11:31what punishments are given on this,
11:33will be answered by the Mufti,
11:35but this is a brief break.
11:37Welcome back viewers.
11:39After the break, we will have a good time.
11:41Today's topic is the month of Ramadan and fasting.
11:43Mufti Muhammad Suhail Azam Jadhi Sahib,
11:45Mufti Muhammad Ahsan Naveed Niyadi Sahib,
11:47please come in.
11:49Before the break,
11:51I had asked Mufti Sahib,
11:53what is the warning for such people,
11:55who without any reason,
11:57and are fulfilling all the requirements of the Shariah,
11:59yet they leave the blessing of fasting.
12:01What is the warning for such people,
12:03what are the punishments,
12:05what will you say?
12:07In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
12:09Peace and blessings of Allah be upon His Beloved,
12:11Muhammad and his family and companions.
12:13First of all, look,
12:15the days of excellence,
12:17the months of excellence,
12:19any thing of excellence,
12:21there is a special occasion,
12:23like if there is a sale,
12:25people are eager to go to that sale,
12:27that there is a sale here,
12:29you will get a good thing,
12:31you will get it cheap,
12:33now look at the month of Ramadan,
12:35there is a sale.
12:37Sir, you have done a great thing with this sentence,
12:39that it is for a limited time.
12:41It is a month,
12:43it is for a month,
12:45it is raining blessings,
12:47the reward of Nawafil is equal to the duty,
12:49the duty is 70 times more,
12:51blessings are pouring down,
12:53the doors of heaven are open,
12:55the doors of hell are closed,
12:57the devils have been chained,
12:59what a great occasion,
13:01the month of Ramadan,
13:03the month of Jummah,
13:05the month of excellence,
13:07the month of excellence,
13:09the month of Allah,
13:11the month of Allah,
13:13the month of Allah's beloved,
13:15the month of the beloved of God,
13:17what blessings,
13:19what is its special worship,
13:21special worship of fasting,
13:23if someone is deprived of that special worship,
13:25then what will he get from the blessings of Ramadan,
13:27he will be deprived of the blessings of Ramadan,
13:29he will be deprived of the blessings of Ramadan,
13:31then there would not have been any other Waheed,
13:33there would not have been any other thing,
13:35just look at this,
13:37that these many blessings,
13:39spirituality,
13:41the special thing in that month,
13:43is because of this fasting,
13:45this person is being deprived of that,
13:47which is without Shariah,
13:49without any excuse,
13:51you are saying that some things are deprived,
13:53some things are not to be found,
13:55some things are not to be found,
13:57you can avail that thing,
13:59it is called a golden opportunity,
14:01it is a golden opportunity,
14:03it is a golden chance,
14:05you can avail it,
14:07and if you leave it,
14:09then later the wise person,
14:11what he does, he regrets,
14:13he regrets, I could have done this,
14:15so the month of Ramadan is that golden chance,
14:17you are wasting it,
14:19and leaving that fasting,
14:21and because of your laziness,
14:23you are wasting it,
14:25there are five pillars of Islam,
14:27there are five pillars of Islam,
14:29there are five pillars of Islam,
14:31which are,
14:33Shahadat-e-Allah,
14:35Ilaha-e-Allah,
14:37Wa-Iqam-e-Salat,
14:39Wa-Ita-e-Zakat,
14:41Wa-Al-Hajj,
14:43Wa-Saum-e-Ramadan,
14:45giving witness that there is no God but Allah,
14:47giving witness that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah,
14:49performing Salah,
14:51giving Zakat,
14:53leaving the fasting of Ramadan,
14:55so this means that the building of his religion,
14:57every person is on his religion,
14:59so his own religion,
15:01is in the building of his religion,
15:03there is a defect in his religion,
15:05he has one pillar,
15:07a pillar is a pillar,
15:09but if you bring down one pillar,
15:11then how will it harm the building,
15:13you can understand it well,
15:15so he is bringing down one pillar
15:17out of the five pillars
15:19of his religion,
15:21so this is what a person should focus on,
15:23even if there is no Waidat,
15:25this person should focus on these things,
15:27so this is enough to motivate him,
15:29and to make him understand,
15:31that leaving the fasting of Ramadan,
15:33is such a big loss,
15:35such a big loss,
15:37such a big loss,
15:39this is enough,
15:41but when we look at the Waidat,
15:43there are Waidat also,
15:45there is a narration,
15:47that the one who did not fast in Ramadan,
15:49he found Ramadan,
15:53he found the month of Ramadan,
15:55and he did not fast in it,
15:57so he became unfortunate,
15:59he became a loser,
16:01now this thing has been stated,
16:03in another place it has been stated,
16:05that the fasting of Ramadan,
16:07in Jamia Trimzi's narration,
16:09it has been stated,
16:11that the one who did not fast in Ramadan,
16:13without Shari Rukhsat,
16:15and without Uzoor,
16:17the one who did not fast in Ramadan,
16:19without Shari Rukhsat,
16:21he cannot be a substitute for him,
16:23he cannot attain that kind of superiority,
16:25he did Qadhaat,
16:27Qadhaat will be fulfilled,
16:29as far as Fiqh is concerned,
16:31Fardh will be removed from his head,
16:33but that superiority,
16:35which he could attain in that fasting of Ramadan,
16:37he cannot attain that kind of superiority,
16:39he cannot get that top rank,
16:41in some narrations,
16:43it has been interpreted as Kufr,
16:45in some narrations,
16:47it has been interpreted as Kufr,
16:49in some narrations,
16:51it has been interpreted as Kufr,
16:53these narrations which I have read,
16:55there are some differences in their
16:57synodic qualities,
16:59there is a difference in the words,
17:01in some it is about being Marfu and Mawkuf,
17:03in some it is about the synodic qualities,
17:05but this is in the matter of Targheeb and Tarheeb,
17:07that is why I have mentioned it as Istinaas,
17:09not as Istidalal,
17:11that is why the first discussion I did,
17:13the foundations are those,
17:15that is to say, be careful,
17:17if this happens in reality, then what do you do?
17:19I have mentioned it for support,
17:21and the narration of Sunan-ul-Kubra,
17:23that the Prophet said about his dream,
17:25that I was taken in a dream,
17:27so you have mentioned that torment,
17:29some people have been hanged upside down,
17:31and after that their jaws have been torn,
17:33blood is flowing from here,
17:35and when it was asked,
17:37it was told that these are those people,
17:39who used to do Iftar before the time of Ramadan,
17:41who used to do Iftar before the time of Ramadan,
17:43those who do Iftar before the time of Ramadan,
17:45they have to face this torment,
17:47they have to face this torment,
17:49those who don't do Iftar before the time of Ramadan,
17:51what will happen to them?
17:53That is why we should be afraid of these promises,
17:55and as it is, we should keep in mind the reward,
17:57and the deprivation of reward,
17:59and a person should become Mustahid,
18:01just like the Prophet used to become Mustahid,
18:03the style of the Beloved Master,
18:05and the style of the Ummah should be the same,
18:07that in the month of Ramadan,
18:09if you don't want to fast,
18:11you should fast,
18:13no matter what,
18:15you should fast,
18:17no matter what,
18:19and how much you have fallen,
18:21it is the awakening of the morning,
18:23when do you love us?
18:25Yes, you love sleep,
18:27on Taba-e-Azaad,
18:29the fast of Ramadan is heavy,
18:31you say it,
18:33this is the mirror of loyalty,
18:35which Mufti Sahib has said,
18:37if a believer comes to us,
18:39if a believer comes to us,
18:41if a believer comes to us,
18:43if a believer comes to us,
18:45if a believer comes to us,
18:47if a believer comes to us,
18:49if a believer comes to us,
18:51if a believer comes to us,
18:53if a believer comes to us,
18:55if a believer comes to us,
18:57if a believer comes to us,
18:59if a believer comes to us,
19:01if a believer comes to us,
19:03if a believer comes to us,
19:05Mufti sahib,
19:07if we talk from one angle,
19:09one concept,
19:11one view,
19:13in any category,
19:15it is also found that,
19:17in any era,
19:19in any time,
19:21in past days,
19:23for some reason,
19:25the fast was left,
19:27so how is this concept,
19:29that now because Ramadan is coming,
19:31so before the beginning of Ramadan,
19:33what is your view on this?
19:35In this, I would like to say,
19:37that,
19:39if we ponder a little,
19:41with regards to its blessings,
19:43and its philosophy,
19:45how will we attain Taqwa?
19:47Obviously,
19:49when we believe in Allah,
19:51and according to His
19:53and His Prophet's
19:55commandments,
19:57from dawn to dusk,
19:59from dawn to dusk,
20:01until then,
20:03by eating and drinking,
20:05and by giving,
20:07we will save ourselves from
20:09lustful desires,
20:11then only will we attain Taqwa,
20:13then only will we attain Taqwa of the heart.
20:15Otherwise, you say that,
20:17the one who is hungry and thirsty,
20:19who fasted,
20:21who didn't save himself from
20:23falsehood,
20:25then he is like a hungry and thirsty person,
20:27he will not get any reward,
20:29but if you see,
20:31in Surah Al-Rukoo,
20:33in Surah 178 and 179,
20:35Allah the Almighty,
20:37has commanded,
20:39O you who believe,
20:41the Qur'an says,
20:43In Surah Al-Qur'an,
20:45O you who believe,
20:47the Qur'an says,
20:49In Surah 179,
20:51O you who believe,
20:53the Qur'an says,
20:55O you who believe,
20:57it says,
21:01By fasting,
21:03one is killed,
21:05and here,
21:07by fasting,
21:09lustful desires are killed
21:11This is how it is.
21:13It is done for no reason.
21:15Okay then, it says,
21:17in the Qur'an,
21:19there is life for you.
21:21If you see,
21:23in our society,
21:25But if this punishment is given in front of everyone, and the criminals know, then I think that no one should have the courage to take anyone's life.
21:37Allah says in the Quran,
21:40There is life in the society.
21:44When the society is alive, the life of man is safe.
21:47Here, the life of man is safe.
21:50And by fasting, the life of the soul is safe.
21:54The soul is refreshed.
21:56Life is given to it.
21:57There are so many blessings.
22:00And we get only one chance in a year.
22:03I have diabetes, I have blood pressure, I have BP.
22:07I am a heart patient.
22:09I have a stomach ache.
22:11I cannot tolerate hunger.
22:13All these things are in their place.
22:15But I have seen many people.
22:17They are seriously ill.
22:19Yet they fast.
22:21And Allah never lets their hard work go to waste.
22:25If you fast, you will get good health.
22:28This is a different thing.
22:30If Shari'i Uzoor is there, then Rukhsat is there.
22:33But I have seen such people who act on greatness and remain fit.
22:38You are telling people your experiences.
22:40Yes, they remain fit.
22:42My point is that if you get a small excuse,
22:46then don't make an excuse and leave fasting.
22:49If Shari'i Uzoor is there, then Rukhsat is there.
22:51You have to complete it later.
22:52Don't make excuses.
22:54I have this, I have that.
22:56I have a headache.
22:58It is possible to make excuses in front of people.
23:01But you cannot make excuses in front of Allah.
23:04The Qibla has told us in Hadith-e-Pak that
23:06if you leave one fast without Shari'i Uzoor,
23:09then you can fast for the whole world.
23:11But you cannot be equal to that one fast.
23:14You cannot.
23:16That is why, first of all, don't leave it.
23:18And even if you leave it because of Shari'i Uzoor,
23:20then immediately try to complete it.
23:25Remember that the first day of Eid-ul-Fitr is Fas Shawwal
23:31and the four days of Eid-ul-Adha are 10, 11, 12, 13 Zilajjah.
23:35Apart from these five days,
23:37immediately try to fast for those days that you have left.
23:42But anyway, the next month of Ramadan has come.
23:45The best thing was to complete the fast, but it didn't happen.
23:47So, there will be no effect on those obligatory fasts.
23:50Complete them and then whenever you get a chance,
23:53do the old Qaza.
23:55Alright.
23:57And with this, we have almost got the answer.
23:59And I think it was a very fruitful discussion.
24:01Mustafa, you have given a complete summary.
24:04With this, you must have understood that
24:06if we want to do the Qaza of the fast,
24:10then there is no restriction for it.
24:12You have also explained the days clearly.
24:14One is Shawwal,
24:15and then the four days of Zilajjah.
24:18Apart from these five days,
24:20whenever you want,
24:22rather, the emphasis that you have given,
24:24you have emphasized,
24:26complete the Qaza as soon as possible.
24:28InshaAllah, Rabbul Izzat,
24:30enable us to keep all the fasts of the upcoming Ramadan.
24:32Viewers, we are coming after the break.
24:34And a very important question.
24:36This should not be said, but I am saying.
24:38It is an interesting question.
24:40Because today, in our society,
24:42unfortunately,
24:43when someone says that someone has kept the fast,
24:45it seems as if he has done a favor on the whole family.
24:47And he seems to be saying this.
24:49Why did you tell me to work?
24:51You do not know that it is my fast.
24:53And then after keeping the fast,
24:55there is no knowledge of prayer,
24:57nor is there any knowledge of recitation of the Qur'an.
24:59I am just waiting for the Iftaar,
25:01and I should be given a desk and I should do the Iftaar.
25:03So, what is this attitude?
25:05And what does the Qur'an and Sunnah teach us on this?
25:07We will answer this.
25:09We will meet you after this break.
25:11Welcome back, viewers.
25:13Today's topic is fasting.
25:15And we had a very beneficial conversation
25:18with both the Muftis.
25:20May Allah bless us.
25:22Before the break, I had asked a question
25:24to Mufti Muhammad Hassan Naveed Niyazi.
25:26He said, sir,
25:28after keeping the fast,
25:30there is no knowledge of prayer,
25:32nor is there any knowledge of recitation of the Qur'an,
25:34nor are the other requirements and protocols being followed.
25:36And I am just waiting for the Iftaar,
25:38and I should do the Iftaar.
25:40To explain this,
25:41I would like you to pay attention
25:43to some of the benefits of fasting.
25:45And then I will tell you
25:47about this style of practice
25:49and then you can see
25:51how this style of practice is
25:53and what are the benefits.
25:55When we look at the benefits of fasting,
25:57in the Hadith,
25:59every action of Ibn Adam
26:01is for him,
26:03and his reward is given to him
26:05from 10 times to 700 times,
26:07by increasing it.
26:09In the Hadith,
26:11except for fasting,
26:13that is,
26:15fasting is for me,
26:17and I will give him his reward.
26:19That is,
26:21if he becomes famous,
26:23and becomes famous,
26:25then I will give him his reward.
26:27That is,
26:29his reward is that my pleasure will be obtained from him,
26:31and I will obtain it from him.
26:33Whoever has a Lord,
26:35he will have everything.
26:37What is said in the Hadith?
26:39For Saim,
26:41on the one hand,
26:43he met his Lord.
26:45On the other hand,
26:47he met his Lord.
26:49What is said in the Hadith?
26:51This is the only Hadith
26:53that I am narrating in pieces.
26:55There are different Hadiths,
26:57but in this tradition,
26:59it is in points,
27:01you must have understood.
27:03This is the smell of the face of the faster.
27:04Atyab indallahi min reehil misk.
27:07More than the fragrance of musk,
27:09according to Allah,
27:11he is Tayyib.
27:13The smell of his face.
27:15Then this faster is being said for him,
27:17that on the Day of Resurrection,
27:19this is also in the Hadith,
27:21that on the Day of Resurrection,
27:23there will be a door of heaven,
27:25one of which will be called Raiyan.
27:27Only and only the fasters will enter through that door.
27:29What an exception.
27:31No one will enter except the fasters.
27:32When the fasters enter,
27:34then that door is closed.
27:36So that no one else enters through that door.
27:39And Raiyan is in the sense of a drinker.
27:41So in the second tradition,
27:43there is also a word that
27:45if you enter through that,
27:47then you will be given such a drink
27:49that once you drink from it,
27:51you will never be thirsty again.
27:53Now you tell me,
27:55that so many virtues of fasting are being narrated,
27:57are these virtues only being narrated
27:59so that the person
28:00from sunrise to sunset
28:02remains hungry and thirsty
28:04and does not do anything.
28:06So on that, will there be a reward for these virtues?
28:08Will these virtues be attained on that?
28:10Will this reward be attained on that?
28:12No, sir.
28:14Even if he asks himself,
28:16the answer will be no.
28:18This reward is not on such a small deed.
28:20The reward that is being received,
28:22the reward of these virtues
28:24is at the same time
28:26that the fast is being performed
28:28with its purpose and its soul.
28:30The fast is being performed
28:32with its purpose and its soul.
28:34The fast is being performed
28:36with its purpose and its soul.
28:38O believers!
28:40Fasting has been made obligatory on you
28:42as it was made obligatory on those before you
28:44so that you may adopt righteousness.
28:46So the fast is the same fast
28:48as a result of which
28:50righteousness is born in you.
28:52The fast that brings you
28:54closer to your Lord.
28:56The fast that keeps you
28:58away from sins.
29:00The fast that brings you
29:02closer to your worship.
29:04Fasting itself is a form of worship
29:06but there are other forms of worship
29:08which are also made obligatory by the Lord.
29:10As a result of keeping the fast,
29:12the sins that you used to commit
29:14and the disobedience that you used to commit,
29:16for whom did you keep the fast?
29:18You kept the fast for Allah.
29:20The commandment of Allah
29:22is that when you keep the fast
29:24on His command,
29:26you must follow the other commandments.
29:28You can say that the other forms of worship
29:30are also for righteousness
29:32and that is also mentioned in the Quran
29:34and in the Hadiths.
29:36In the Hadith of Bukhari,
29:38it is mentioned that
29:40the one who keeps the fast
29:42and does not leave
29:44falsehood and acts on it,
29:46what does he say?
29:48Allah does not need him
29:50to stop eating and drinking.
29:52Allah does not need him
29:54to stop eating and drinking.
29:56Allah does not need him
29:58to stop eating and drinking
30:00and Allah does not need him
30:02to stop eating and drinking.
30:04The fast that Allah has said
30:06is not the same as the other fast.
30:08In the Hadith of Musa,
30:10it is said that
30:12some fasting people
30:14have a part of their fast
30:16as a means of food.
30:18They are just hungry.
30:20They do not get any other benefit
30:22from their fasting.
30:24They only get the benefit
30:26of being hungry.
30:28The rest of the fasting
30:30will be achieved
30:32only when they have
30:34eaten less.
30:36Otherwise,
30:38some people do Sehri
30:40and Iftar
30:42because it is a fast.
30:44And they do Iftar
30:46because it was a fast.
30:48The benefits you get
30:50from fasting
30:52and the medical
30:54and physical benefits
30:56that you get
30:57from fasting
30:59will be the same
31:01as the rest of the fasting.
31:03The rest of the fasting
31:05will be the same
31:07as the rest of the fasting.
31:09We will not say that
31:11the rest of the fasting
31:13is not done.
31:15But the rest of the fasting
31:17is done
31:19according to the
31:21rules of the fast.
31:23Allah is the All-Powerful
31:25and He is the Most Merciful.
31:27But the practice
31:29that He has done
31:31is that He does not
31:33get any other benefit.
31:35He does not get any benefit.
31:37So, if you fast
31:39and you are suffering
31:41then you must do
31:43the rest of the fasting.
31:45If you have left
31:47fasting for Allah
31:49then you must
31:51leave other sins
31:53and do other good deeds.
31:54There is a solid reason
31:56behind every worship
31:58and there is a source
32:00for it.
32:02There are SOPs
32:04and requirements.
32:06It is a fact that
32:08you will fast
32:10but if you
32:12could not
32:14attain the real
32:16purpose
32:18then you will
32:20not get the
32:22benefits that
32:24you deserve.
32:26So,
32:28if you are
32:30fasting
32:32then you must
32:34fulfill the
32:36requirements
32:38that Allah
32:40has given you.
32:42Now,
32:44I would like to
32:46be representative
32:48of our viewers
32:50and tell them
32:52about the
32:54benefits of
