00:26a vow President Ferdinand R. Marquez Jr. assured during his return visit to Camarines Sur a couple weeks after Typhoon Christine's onslaught.
00:34The President assured that the government will not stop taking steps to restore normal conditions in the region damaged by Typhoon Christine.
00:41He emphasized the need for a proactive approach to prevent widespread flooding due to climate change.
00:46Likewise, he issued directives to the DPWH to study revisions to the master plan of the Bicol River Basin Development Project
00:54to prevent severe flooding in the region from recurring.
01:25The DPWH, DNR, and DILG were also instructed to cooperate with local governments to ensure the project is integrated and future-ready.

04:32DSWD records indicate over 400,000 family food packs have been distributed in the Bacol region,
04:37reaching areas that went under flood waters.
