00:00President Ferdinand R. Marcus Jr. assured a whole of government approach will be
00:04implemented in responding to the onslaught of Leon. The chief executive
00:08assured his administration is able in handling all disaster management efforts
00:12and is in full control of the situation. He assured that even though the
00:17resources of the country is being strained due to the occurrence of
00:20consecutive weather disturbances, the government has sufficient assets to
00:24minimize its impacts and can ensure swift recovery for those affected. The
00:29president added the relief and recovery efforts will continue for those
00:33affected by Christine and Leon. Furthermore, all concerned agencies are
00:37directed to remain vigilant and be ready to provide assistance if need be.
